I have used Mustapha for my sales and the service department here since 2021. This time is the first time someone went in my glovebox. I found my registration and insurance card in my back floorboard and no one could tell me why when I called to ask. My husband didn’t do it nor did I. The only other people in the car was the service team and whoever washed the car. Besides this I have had no issues..

Service was done (battery replaced) on 11-20-2025. One week later, the car once again had a dead battery and could not start. I did some troubleshooting and measured approx. one amp of current draw with the engine not running. After a brief check, I found that I had accidentally left one of the interior dome lights in the "ON" position. No doubt this is what had caused the battery to drain on 11-20. The technician should have tested for "phantom loads" and should have found this common fault.

This auto purchase was an unexpectedly positive experience. Working with Mr. Duran was a totally different interaction. The only negative features of this sale were solely of my own making. I entered this purchase with suspicions and mistrust born from ALL of my previous auto sales experiences, where the sales representative never gave a straight forward answer regarding the out-the-door price. There were always unexpected costs at the end. This was not my experience with Don Mealey Sport Subaru, the entire experience was up front and straight forward with no surprises
