I recently purchased a Volvo, and although I have financed many cars over the years, I have never had an experience quite like the one I had with Kelvin Mendez. From the very beginning, Kelvin went above and beyond to help me. I am usually very cautious and skeptical when it comes to financing and making sure I understand exactly what I am paying for. Kelvin took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions with incredible patience, and worked hard to find every posst was his honesty, professionalism, and dedication. He researched every option thoroughly and found opportunities and benefits that I never would have discovered on my own. His knowledge and attention to detail were truly outstanding. I even brought my husband with me, and it became a family joke that I trusted Kelvin's advice more than my husband's! Kelvin did such an amazing job that my husband actually started considering buying a Volvo himself after seeing all the benefits Kelvin was able to secure for me. Kelvin is an incredible asset to Volvo. His customer service, expertise, patience, and commitment to his clients are second to none. So the perfect used car was the answer which I’ve never had to do and felt really confused and intimidated. Looking for cars online began a barrage of texts with ads and offers. One of them was CarLux and it did pique my attention so I planned to go some day. Ironically I happened to turn around and go check it out even though I hadn’t received my insurance money. Just looking. Anthony showed me an Encore I loved but was above my budget. I went back when I had the cash ready to purchase something. David, a most polite, kind and patient young man showed me a few cards that could fall within my budget. When it was time to choose I was still set on the Encore. That’s when manager Lorenzo stepped in who had told me “when you have the money come back I’ll work with you.” Well he did… He worked on the numbers and came back with an offer that suited my needs and I drove off with my beautiful Buick Encore..!! Everyone there was attentive, patient. No pressure. And all assuring me I would be pleased with the outcome. I was there for quite a while since paperwork, tags and even connected me with insurance connections and found me a great policy and price. The whole day was a pleasant experience and I’d like to give a special mention Lorenzo, Anthony, David, Stefanie as well all others there who’s name I can’t remember but just as pleasant.
