My experience at Porsche changed how I feel about car buying. Mark, our sales person, was a great listener, and got me the perfect car for the perfect price. He was very patient.

I was originally talking with Coby who was very efficient and communicated quite quickly which was a plus . When i got here i was introduced to Topher who listen intently to what I was looking for , not only did he find was i was looking for but put me in a car that had it all . I will say this if your looking for a great salesman who listens to what your looking for Topher is your guy !! He communicates very effectively with everything thats going on and the process, he is not aggressive or pushy like some salesman. He is an all around great guy, i highly recommend him if your in the market for a new or preowned vehicle

This was my first brand new car purchase! Evan and the finance person were FANTASTIC. Evan worked with me all day via text message!! Once we had picked a car and handled financing, I drove to Franklin to pickup the vehicle!! Evan had the car detailed and filled up with gas. He went with me on a test drive! He was genuinely as excited for me as I was!! He took his time and walked through all the features of the car and the app and what not. He made sure I was completely comfortable before he let me leave!! I will continue to by any vehicles my family needs from him as long as he is there and with Ford of Franklin always! The finance person was amazing as well! He was down to earth and as country as I am! We discussed where i lived and different funny stories about being younger. When it come to the paperwork, he slowed down and went through each page and line with me. He explained all the warranties and cash back that i was receiving. Welcome back to owning a Hyundai. Owned two previously, switched to Nissan briefly (horrible, horrible experience less than two weeks after purchased on recalled parts that weren't replaced - tried to stick me with $5k cost). My Hyundai's never, ever gave me issues. Plus, treated extremely well - by all staff! Highly recommend 👌. Get one before the tarrifs go up! Also, when I bought my last Hyundai, my trade in value was higher than the original purchase price. Talk about value.

I had a very good experience here from start to finish and the new GM Sam Pauly seems to have taken on this new to him dealership with great resolve and dedication to make it better than it's ever been. Give them a try. I got a great deal here (I flew in from Colorado to buy the car) and they were nothing but nice from start to finish. Highly recommend.
