Tom Phillips is the best sales rep I have ever had or known because it is honesty his matter-of-fact approach, his alertness and quickness to every detail. So, of course, his knowledge has just amaze me and his laid-back atmosphere he brings to everything. I can call him with questions afterwards if I choose, it’s not a problem for him so for the dealership they have him working there that says a lot for the dealership.
