I was pleased to find the vehicle was in near perfect condition. Often when I have looked at used vehicles in the past at other dealers, the vehicle condition is not as described online or by the sales consultant. Brandon was knowledgeable, personable, and efficient. The entire buying process was quick and painless except I did have to wait about an hour between the time I committed to buy the vehicle and when they could get me in with the finance manager to close the sale.

Came in for a new turbo. They were able to repair/replace the turbo. However, when I took it home and started it the next morning, something was obviously wrong. Called Alex right away and he had me come back in after work. Took a loaner home, but Alex was able to have it looked at and fixed that evening.

I had a great experience purchasing my Hybrid Ford Maverick. Justin, our sales associate, was relaxed and knowledgeable. Everyone there was helpful during our purchasing experience. My Maverick runs great - I am getting mileage 45-50 mpg (I am a conservative driver). Even though this was a used vehicle, it is in like new condition. This truck is a great option for a short person, low enough you can still climb in but taller than my matrix so visibility is greatly improved. Lots of storage, and options available in the market place and thru the dealer for personalization. Feels solid on the road. I love that the rear windows open completely and there are plenty of airbags for safety.

What a pleasure it was to work with the entire Lynch staff! Patrick Smith went above and beyond from the get-go. He recently sold a car to my brother, so I already knew I was in good hands! I wasn't in any hurry to purchase a new car; I was simply just shopping around. Patrick and I initially spoke over the phone... a good 30 minute conversation. He truly listened and talked thru things with me. We scheduled to test drive a couple of cars the following weekend. I was able to free up time during the week and, with short notice, Patrick was able to accommodate. He never rushed any conversation, never pressured any decision and was gave his honest feedback on the vehicles. I fell in love with the 4Runner I test drove and schedule an appointment to come back the following weekend to pull the trigger. Patrick had scheduled PTO but came in just to meet with me and help me seal the deal. He was extremely responsive via phone and text to answer any questions or concerns I had throughout this process! Phath Ty, the Finance Director, was incredibly patient with me throughout the days; also incredibly responsive. After coming to agreement on numbers, Phath made the transaction extremely quick and easy! He took the time to explain everything, but also had all the paperwork prepared ahead of time. I was in and out within an hour! Phath and Patrick were an extreme pleasure to work with. Our family will most definitely be sticking with the Lynch group because of these two. Highly recommend purchasing your next car (used or new) thru Lynch; specifically Patrick and Phath!
