I took my Ascent in for service and was super easy. I was able to drive right up to the counter and they started working on my vehicle immediately. They have a comfortable lounge where I was able to continue working remotely. They set you up with notifications so you can monitor if you need to sign off on anything and they also come out and find you if you miss it or don't respond right away.

I just purchased a new 2026 Pilot and couldn't be more pleased with the experience! My salesperson (Pieter Janse-Vreeling) made it hands-down the easiest and best car purchase I've ever had. I really appreciated Pieter's friendly and competent approach. There was absolutely no pressure in terms of talking me into anything I wasn't interested in. It was also refreshing to buy from a dealership that doesn't pre-install add-ons that inflate the price. I was looking for a currently hard-to-find exterior/interior color combo, but Pieter searched far and wide, found it, and had it at the dealership within a few days. All this AND I know a got a great deal too! I hadn't been to Gurnee Honda before - but based on this transaction I'll be back!

I had taken my Jeep in for warranty work. They got my Jeep in the same day and completed the work by the next day. They arranged to have me vehicle dropped off at my house when i was at work, which was so helpful. After getting home from work to verify the work done , i had to stop at the dealer to sign some paperwork. Upon arriving i had INCORRECTLY asserted that they had not replaced the part in question based on pictures I had taken before the work looked identical to after the work, well i should have taken pics of the correct part..... They had in fact done the correct work and had done a great job. I was wrong as I misidentified the part in question. Brenda, Rob, and the mechanic( don't know his name) deserve an apology for me holding their ethics in doubt. Despite my negative attitude, they remained professional and pleasant, even providing the old components that were replaced as proof. The Uptown service department team went above and beyond on this one and I would definitely recommend them for service work.

Loved every single thing that happened while i was buying my car. First off i’m all the way in Hawaii so it was my first time ever buying a car & crazy thing is it was wayyyy out of state . Joe Kopietz was such a great salesman ! Communication was there even when we were 5-6hrs apart . Made my first buying experience the best thing ever.. Gave his personal just incase i needed to stay in contact for the car when he wasn’t in office . It’s crazy to think i have so much trust in him because i didn’t see the car in person so it’s pretty crazy getting a car you ain’t seen in person other than videos/pictures . The whole Crest Cadillac Team was great, everybody did their part ! If i could do it all over again I would ! Really recommend this dealership company & talking to Joe Kopietz ! AJ introduced himself to me and said, "If you need any help, just let me know. I appreciated this approach it allowed me to decide whether I wanted to work with him or not. His low-key mannerism got him his eventual sale 😃. I stated to him my purpose for being at the dealership, and immediately he showed me two Highlanders. He gave me information on both vehicles and asked which one I wanted to test drive first? I think he could tell I was more partial to the first Highlander I test drove 😀. AJ once again went over the details of the 2025 SUV I had decided upon. He pointed out it was actually a better buy because of the extended warranty that came with it, at no cost to me, the low mileage (3,560) of the vehicle and that it was big enough for the kind of driving/errands I do. I really appreciate AJ's professionalism, it was all about him making the customer happy by insuring I received what I truly needed and wanted. After the sell was completed AJ made sure I understood if I had any concerns or questions after the sale, I should not hesitate to contact him or drop in at the dealership.
