Amazing service! Got there for my appointment, they immediately began to work on my vehicle and gave my wife space where she could keep working on her computer without being bothered unless it was important. Once they discovered what was wrong with my car they explained thoroughly and explained it was covered under warranty. Jerry was very nice the entire time and kept us informed. He got us a loaner and the staff helped my pregnant wife move some stuff from the vehicles. The repairs were done around our schedule and everything worked out great. Another time I had to drop off my other Genesis for a recall that was going to take just under an hour and the staff kept my 3yo entertained with snacks and drinks. All this to say this dealership has been above and beyond with their customer service and transparency with repairs.

5 Stars – A Truly Exceptional Experience. I had been searching across Texas for weeks, looking for a specific Yukon in a certain trim that was clearly in high demand—only ten or so were available statewide. Most dealers I contacted were either marking up the price well over MSRP and/or adding thousands in unnecessary extras. Then I came across the exact model and trim I wanted on GMC’s website, which showed it was in transit to Cavender GMC West. From there, the experience couldn’t have been smoother. I quickly found the vehicle on Cavender’s website and submitted an online price request. I got an instant response—and to my surprise (and Cavender's credit), they were offering the vehicle below MSRP with no dealer add-ons. A few minutes later, I received a call from Brandon Guzman. He confirmed the price without hesitation. No games, no changes—just total transparency. I asked if I could put down a deposit to hold the vehicle, and Brandon made it happen that evening. Over the next ten days, while I waited for it to arrive, Brandon stayed in touch. As soon as it landed, he called to let me know it would be ready the next day. I drove down from Austin to San Antonio, and when I arrived, the vehicle was freshly detailed, fully gassed up, and waiting for me to take it home. The paperwork took less than 40 minutes. No upselling. No pressure. Just a smooth, easy transaction. Brandon took the time to walk me through all the vehicle’s features and answered every question I had.
