I had an absolutely amazing experience working with Amanda Montes and genuinely cannot say enough good things about her. From beginning to end, Amanda was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and responsive. She made the entire car-buying process feel easy and comfortable, and anytime I had a question, she was quick to respond and always took the time to make sure I completely understood everything. What impressed me most was how intelligent and knowledgeable she is about what she does. She was professional without ever making the experience feel overly formal or pressured. My husband and I were so overwhelmed with our car search and were worried coming here may be just one more example of the sleazy used car salesman trope--we could not have been more wrong!! Joseph listened attentively to what mattered most to us in functionality, comfort, and price, and helped us to find many options that would be a good fit for us. We had a list of some we were interested in and he recommended some others that would fit the ticket well. He was so patient and informative as we test drove countless cars! Seriously, this guy is like a walking car encyclopedia! But also, isn't afraid to look something up if he's not sure, which rarely happens. It felt like car shopping with your cool uncle who knows everything about cars and is looking out for you. Can't recommend enough asking for Joseph when you need your next car!! He can pull almost any car from another Autonation location, so it's worth going here to work with him even if it's out of your way or doesn't have the car you think you might want! We wound up not finding our vehicle within Autonation's inventory, but genuinely felt badly because Joseph was that pivotal in our search! Great guy, and a wonderful ally in the often stressful and overwhelming car buying process.

There are some very smart folks down in service who re always ready to help if you need work on your vehicle. They moved mountains, getting just the right truck I wanted, even going as far as trading vehicle with a competitor so I could buy from them. I've bought off the lot from them as well as custom ordered vehicles through them. This dealership is dangerous, they are so great they make you want to find a way to but more vehicles from them.
