The value of a smaller dealer is in the way they are able to treat customers. I went in and being treated by amazing Felishea and then José. I told them exactly what I was looking for and the price range and payments I wanted (I did my extensive research already, so I knew what the going market was, no unreasonable ask). José came back 5 minutes (!!!) later (no waiting games, no back and forth hassles) with an offer matching my ask. I took the offer, told them I’ll think about it. They were very nice and real, no xx, no haggling, no “what else can I do to convince you”, just clean, nice doing normal business and transparency. I went to a few other dealers, including the big AutoNation in Cerritos (they suck and will screw you when selling, when servicing a car ($2000 for an alternator replacement + $200 for “diagnosis”). None of them could match Cabe’s INITIAL offer!!! Not only that, but: 1. I preferred black color, which they didn’t have in stock and they called around and found one at a different dealer and got it for me at the same price. Unbeatable! 2. Discussion came about returning my Mazda lease and they said they can take it as a trade-in and match or even beat CarMax’s offer I got online. Amazing! I returned to Cabe Toyota and shook hands on their deal. They worked hard and got everything ready (it was already late in the day) by next morning, before the year end. They really “Make it easy” (Toyota’s slogan)!!! They also gave me some good deal on maintenance (some good freebies and some extra). The best dealer I have ever interacted with in the last 25 years, by far, hands down! No haggling, no games, no xx, no hidden charges when signing, no push for anything I didn’t need (Angel was also amazing on the finance side). This is now my family’s dealer for life. If you ever shop for a Toyota, Cabe’s is where you should go. Check them out then see if you like them. Thank you José, Felishea, Angel! The most pleasant experience ever!

We had a great experience purchasing our new Lexus. Tom, our salesperson, was outstanding. He was knowledgeable, never pushy. Tom was able to find the deal/price we needed very quickly with minimal negotiations and back and forth with the sales manager. The finance manager was great as well. Friendly and as soon as I told him I was not interested in purchasing any additional add on items, he respected my decision and just moved through them quickly. Tom even came back to the house with us to pick up the car we were trading in, which was above and beyond what expected. Highly recommended this dealership and especially Tom if you’re looking for a professional, low-pressure, and customer focused buying experience.

They came through BIG TIME when it mattered the most - out of state purchase Buy with confidence! My sales person, Josh, helped me evaluate the pre-owned vehicle remotely from Texas and was always super responsive. He assured me they only sell cars in excellent condition, and he was 100% right. Unfortunately, forces out of their control led to multiple problems during shipping with a 3rd party. This required the dealer stepping in to get things on track and make things right. Communication continued to be excellent, and they even wrote me a check to compensate for the inconvenience! Shout out to the management team and to Josh for always being transparent, maintaining great communication, delivering on their promises, and showing a level of ethics that people think is lost in the car business. Great people!
