His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be commended. He has knowledge about BMW products & is willing to share that knowledge. He is an asset to BMW of Roseville - he has become my go to person regarding questions on my X5.

Our 2014 BMW was totaled, all the wires in the dash were chewed by mice! We went to Neillo BMW to get the bad news and weren’t planning on buying another car just then, but staff there were so attentive, friendly and helpful that we decided to check out some of their used Mini’s and X3’s. We were there for at least 3 or 4 hours and very well taken care of by Fatima and a number of other staff. We ended up buying a beautiful 2021 X3. We love it! I highly recommend Neillo if you are looking for a new or used car. The staff are great, and the service is great!

I was looking for a specific vehicle (BMW X5 diesel) statewide. I found a vehicle at Weatherford and began conversing with Glenn Scheffer to learn more. Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used).
