The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.

Bought a pre-owned Lexus NX last May from this dealership and had the pleasure of dealing with Nikolay. He let us took our time to check, test drive the car then gave us all the important information we need to make our decision. There is no pressure whatsoever making a decision while dealing with him. He made sure we are comfortable and happy with our decision. This guy went above and beyond to make the experience a memorable one (in a good way). To the point where he went around the parking lot just to find us a pair of valve caps that are missing on the car that we just purchased (this is way past business hours). He truly went out of his way to satisfy every request, needs and expectations we had. The financing process with Sogol is the icing on top. She gave us all the options without any pressure and worked with us on some add ons we decided to get. Overall the best dealership experience by far.
