Tustin Lexus gave me a really good price on an LC500 convertible when no other dealerships were willing to entertain offers. Since I had purchased an RX350 from them before they appreciated my loyalty and rewarded me with a truly great price on a car that is fairly popular, especially with inventory levels so low these days. I highly recommend Rex Urasaki, Internet Sales Manager, who was helpful from the start. I actually had a deal with a different dealership but since a dealer trade fell through, I could no longer get the car I wanted. Rex happened to email me about getting me a brochure and it turned into a sale. I should have just gone to Rex in the first place...he is helpful, friendly, no pressure and you couldn't ask for a better salesperson. GO SEE REX!!!

I thought it was odd, I have never seen that before in the 12 years I had my car, My husband looked under the hood and noticed the oil cap was not screwed on all the way and my engine cover was cracked. The only people that work on my car is Lexus. My husband put oil in it and it went off, when I told them I got the response I need a new timing chain cover. Okay well I’m no mechanic but that doesn’t seem right. I’ll make sure to start looking from now on

I have been going to Van Nuys Lexus for several years; however as my car is aging, I have had to return several times after work was performed because sensors and check engine light would come on dashboard.
If my old Lexus isn’t serviced as well as I would like or I believe mechanic work is not up to par, then I will search for another dealership owned by different group/individual to purchase my new Lexus. We Buy new a new Lexus every 3 to 4 years but we own an older Lexus with over 250,000.

I had been looking since May for a new car for my wife. I researched several brands and ultimately selected Lexus as our go to choice. I then reached out to several dealerships for assistance. Greg Weiss with Lexus of Thousand Oaks was the first to respond to my initial contact among all of the dealerships that I had contacted and then again when I requested their best out the door price for the car that I was seeking to buy.
Greg and his team won me over by persistently following up with me in a low key manner and then actively listening to me what I needed and wanted and finally delivering the car as specified at the price that I expected.

This dealership is awful. My car’s paint was damaged by Lexus Santa Monica during a service. They were forced to repair it due to their negligence. They did a botched job! The area that was “repaired” is now corroding and the paint has come off. They will not take responsibility and fix their mistake. Really disappointed with the customer service, quality of maintenance, repair and service! It is not up to luxury car standards and an embarrassment to the Lexus name.

I went to the dealership with full funds prepared to immediately purchase a car, and the sales person would not take the time to order the car I wanted. Disrespectful, dishonest, and no follow up. Overall mannerism of the sales and finance person was rude and hurtful, and ruined what would have been a wonderful car buying experience. I am so disappointed, as I very much wanted to buy a beautiful Lexus from this dealership.

When I arrived at the dealership, I was asked how they could help me. I told them I wanted to lease a new RX450. "Well, did you look at the web site?" was the response. No.... "Okay, so you're just a "walk in then".... I guess so. When the salesman arrived, I told him what I wanted. His response: "I have only three in stock and they're all the identical color and model, saphire white" Sorry, I'm looking for Atomic Silver. "Sorry, can't help you".....and he bustled off.... Another dealership would have attempted to find a car that met my specs....offered to order it....something. Not here!

There is nothing we both hate more than buying a car. We go in expecting a hard sell and "let me go ask my manager" and keeping us waiting until we agree to things we don't want just to get out of there.
We just bought a new car at Coliseum Lexus and it was the best car buying experience we have had. CHIMGEE sold us the car and she never gave us the hard sell. She was available to answer any questions we had and take us out for a test drive. She found us the exact model we wanted and had it on her lot, full of gas, washed, and ready to go. She helped me hook up my phone and pointed out how to use many of the bell and whistles that come with a Lexus. Thank you, CHIMGEE, for making buying a new car so easy.

I made an appointment via phone one day before visiting, but when I was at the building, they could not find my name. After a long waiting( only 4 people working at service department ~1.10pm but there were about 10 cars waiting) finally got a chance talking to one guy, He said " waiting for the service when they are ready..... ", when I asked him one more question, That guy was very impatient .
Then after ~40 mins waiting, finally talking to a lady ( she wore a mask so could not tell exactly who she was), she was absolutely a street fighter, it was a very unpleased conversation, I understands it might be a long day to her, but I believe she could handle it better, she could help me to understand more about the root cause of issues , instead of making me feel "it is my fault".....
I am a loyalty Lexus driver, this is my second Lexus car, actually thinking to trade-in another Lexus for a new one. Now, I changed my mind. The service is not what I expected. Far away from BMW and other car dealers....
