I never write reviews, but feel that based on this buying experience that I should. I was referred to Enrique Cavajal by a friend. I had received 3 different quotes from different Lexus dealerships. When I contacted Enrique I asked him the same questions as the others and asked him to give his best price. I provided all the dealerships with same information and the cars quoted were the same model and options. Enrique’s quote blew everyone else’s quotes out of the water. I asked Enrique how can his quote be so much lower and his response was “because I want to save you money and have you as a customer for life along your friends and family”. He made the process so smooth and fast. Not to mention it was on his day off. I provided all the info and on the next day when I picked up the car I literally spent an hour at the dealer. The car was washed, fueled and paperwork was ready for me. Quite honestly the best haggle free experience I’ve ever had. Enrique took the time to explain all the vehicles functions and even texted later that evening to check that we made it home ok. Shaun was not your typical salesperson where they would push the sale. The entire process and whether I should get my car made it easier for me to decide with Shaun giving me BOTH the pros and cons of my used car purchase. Joe and Shaun paired well together as a team and went as far as taking my to my home to gather paper work that I forgot since I wasn't prepared. Couldn't be happier! :) As a first time buyer they made it simple and once again did not push the sale (which surprisingly made me want to purchase my car more).

My experience with Tustin Lexus started when I spoke with Josephine on the phone on a Thursday afternoon re a certified 2013 IS350C. I was in Arizona but was planning on driving over for the car. Josephine was great on the phone, excited for me and about the car. I was not able to arrive at the dealer until Sunday to complete the purchase, but when I got there the car was out front and ready to go.
Josephine guided me thru the sales process smoothly and efficiently, knowing that I would be driving back to Arizona that afternoon she was very considerate of the overall time the process would take.
My experience remained excellent when I moved into the Finance office.
Damon was fantastic and professional. He took the time to explain the all the benefits of the offers available to me when buying a Lexus Certified automobile. The time in the finance office can be stressful, but Damon kept it fun and relaxing.

Just imagine. I picked up my elderly family at LAX and we were on an extended road trip to Yosemite in my Lexus RX450h when it died on the Grapevine near the top pf the Tejon Pass. It was on a dangerous turn on Hwy 5 with roaring semi's blaring their horns and passing our car with inches to spare. As we exited the car in the 100+ degree temp it quickly became obvious that we were in no small trouble. I arranged to have the vehicle towed and called the Lexus dealer in Valencia explaining our predicament, and could they help. Without hesitation the customer service person dispatched a courtesy van to pick up my family while I rode to the dealership in the tow truck. The courtesy van miraculously arrived at the same time as the tow truck - this was vitally important and "Wow" #1. When we arrived at the dealership a loaner RX350 was waiting for us ready to go, no questions asked. "Wow" #2. Our trip was perfect with many memories we'll cherish for years to come, and had it not been for the fast turn-around our trip could have easily been much less memorable. When I returned to the Valencia Lexus dealer with the loaner vehicle it was determined that no costs would be incurred on the car since the problem was the hybrid system overheating and there was nothing they could fix. In addition and for no charge, the Valencia Lexus dealer updated various recall warnings and washed and vacuumed the car. "Wow's," #3, #4, and #5. All I can say is the Valencia Lexus dealer customer department is amazing, and I have a very heartfelt 'thank you' to say to all involved. Great job everyone!!

Our sales consultant, Sergio Orozco, provided us with the most impressive quality service throughout purchasing our new Lexus. In fact, it was so good we bought our first car from him in February, bought another in July, then sent our daughter to him in August for a third purchase. Sergio is honest in his dealings, possesses in-depth product knowledge, doesn’t pressure you and is very accommodating and patient. He went above and beyond the norm and helped us negotiate for the best deals possible. Sergio made what is usually a stressful process, a pleasant experience! We recently had the first service on our car and I was again impressed with Longo’s customer service and performance. Check in was handled efficiently, they communicated appropriately and kept to their time commitment. Their service lounge is first rate with great wifi, comfortable seating and free snacks. I definitely recommend to Longo Lexus to anyone and everyone!!

David Bacon, the manager, was johnny on the spot about all our needs. Most of all I love the cars, an ES350 and LX350. They both drive like a dream. I highly recommend this dealership. I called the Service Center at Serramonte Lexus to let them know I reached the 10K mileage mark and needed to schedule an appointment to have my vehicle serviced. The person I spoke to was very friendly and polite and after looking at my schedule I was given a date and time that best worked for me. While still on the phone she sent me an email with the appointment information including the service technician’s name. I found it very convenient as I was able to copy and paste the information into my calendar. On the day of the appointment I pulled into the service center while I was waiting in my car for the service technician I was approached by an employee asking if he could help me? I said I had an appointment with Mauricio at 9:15. He soon returned to let me know that it would be a few more minutes as Mauricio was finishing up with another customer. Within a few minutes Mauricio the service technician greeted me and introduced himself. I Found him to be friendly polite and very professional. I asked how long it would it be until I got my car back. He said it would take about an hour and a half to service and clean the inside and wash the outside of my. Which was perfect timing as I had a webinar to take.

I find it hard nowadays to find a good reputable dealer with a knowledgeable service department. I am been a loyal Lexus customer for 20+ years. I've had a few service consultants over those course of those years but I have stuck with Tomas Diaz for the last 6 years or so because he's very knowledgeable and explains things for the common folks like myself to understand. Very poor service. They gave me an invoice with another persons name, address and phone number.
I asked for the brake percentage and was told this information would be emailed to me, which I have yet to receive. I informed them that the hood was shaking while driving. They claim they made adjustments however the problem is now worse, so I doubt they drove it after making the adjustments. It feels like I did not receive fair service due to having complimentary maint on my certified Lexus.

Took my car in for a last minute alignment (as I was down the street from the dealership) and was blown away by the speedy service. A friend recommended I contact Andre Kasumyan in service. I called Andre at around 1:30. The call actually transferred to his cell phone as he was at lunch. Not only did Andre take my call during his lunch and answered all my questions. He also arranged for me to drop my car off right away. I got to the dealership within minutes of our call and everything was already in play. Checked in, took about an hour and alignment was done! I was even told there was a promotional rate for that which resulted in a cheaper cost.
