The dealership is very clean and impressive. I enjoy the modern feel. There was a ton of natural light and space in the showroom. There is plenty of cars to choose from in the outside area and the cars were all clean, ready to be sold. My girlfriend and I enjoyed the refreshing sparkling water available in the lobby area. My salesman was extremely knowledgeable and very polite. He took the time to explain the vehicle and how its hybrid features actually work. The sales manager was very nice and offered me an amazing deal. There wasn't a need for any drawn out negotiation. The purchasing process was very efficient and smooth. Everyone was great and smiled. It was a great experience and I highly recommended this dealership.

Their used car pricing was such a great value that I drove in from San Jose to get the car. For me it was best car deal ever. We initially negotiated our pricing over text, to which Future was responsive and efficient. By the time I headed out to Sacramento I already had a deal sheet in hand, so super smooth and simple. First service for this Crosstrek at Summit Subaru, and first interaction with the service department. I was pleasantly surprised with the service my vehicle received today. The service writer was professional, courteous and articulated very well. It was my first experience to receive a live-inspection video sent to my phone that was generated by the technician as my vehicle was being serviced, that I watched while I was waiting in the customer lounge. The technician recorded step by step throughout the service, showing break pad measurements in real time, fluid levels, drive line and steering components for integrity and proper function, etc. This was a first for me and I was quite impressed with it. I was also given a complementary vehicle wash voucher for a nearby facility that I use frequently. Hats off to the crew there, as a customer I really appreciate the above and beyond service today.
