This dealership is amazing. Everyone we encountered during our negotiations and purchase of our vehicle was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Geo ours salesman was phenomenal (he should be cloned). Curtis was so considerate of our financial concerns during this process. The finance department made the entire paperwork process smooth. My husband and I have purchased several vehicles in our 44 years of marriage and this was by far the absolute best car buying experience. I highly recommend this outstanding dealership.

Even though I arrived late in the evening, Gilbert guided me through the entire process from the test drive to the final steps with incredible patience and attention to detail. He made sure everything was completed properly. Justin was also extremely kind. He took the time to explain every detail clearly and made the whole process easy to understand, without ever making me feel rushed. After everything was done, I still had to return my rental car, and Gilbert went above and beyond by driving me to the rental return location in his own car. He even stayed to ensure the return process was handled smoothly. I’m truly grateful their kindness made the entire experience unforgettable, and I know I’ll be smiling every time I drive my new car. Of course, the car itself is fantastic and drives beautifully. P.S. The coffee from the machine at the Phil Long Ford of Chapel Hills location was surprisingly delicious!
