The mechanic also went above and beyond the call of duty in trying to get my car done in a timely manner. I have this dislike for Firestone with the first car had and they were exchanged no problem for a different make! There is a problem with the side mirrors not working on the Lincoln MKZ I'm looking forward to the same good service as the first car!
