Heather Wright helped us find the perfect car. We knew we wanted a hybrid, but did not know much about them. Heather answered every question we asked. She was extremely knowledgeable about every part of the Kia. We decided that a Niro was the car for us, but I wanted a color that was not on the lot. Heather found the perfect car in the beautiful blue color I was hoping to find. She stayed to help us long after the dealership had closed. Edited review 5/31/25-General Manager Aleesa reached out to me directly. Arranged an appt and provided a car to drive while services being done. She was incredibly helpful and showed that this dealership really takes care of their customers. Made an Appointment weeks in advance to have my oil changed. I arrived at my scheduled time of 10am. Told the service advisor I was going to Walmart and i’d be backed as I had a birthday party to attend at 1pm. I retuned at noon only to find that my car had not been touched. 2 hours after my scheduled appointment my car was still sitting in the parking lot. I’m a super busy person and taking the time to drop off my car took advance planning. Ben the service advisor acted like it was my fault because I wasn’t able to leave my car there for 8 hours (all day) to have a simple oil change. I left with no oil change. Funny that this was the free maintenance Chevy offers. That’s one way to not stand by your promise, make it impossible to get the service done. I need to add that a year later I’m still trying to get my 2nd key that should have been given to me the day I bought the Car in June 2024. I guess it takes 6 months to order a replacement key that the dealership could not find. Needless to say avoid avoid avoid!

I don't know who is in charge of this place, but they are literally the best. I had a really nice car leasing experience here, two leases in a row, nice price and terms, overall really like Volvo... but the icing on the cake is my recent experience with the service department. For some reason, I was having some issues with sensors in my car popping up on the dashboard. I took it in, they looked at it, quickly gave me a fresh loaner, brand new XC40 (man that thing is zippy!), and I was on my way. The new sensor delivery took longer than expected, this was around the holiday times, and Juan Mesa at customer service kept me updated perfectly. He expected quicker turnaround, told me the bad news when there was a delay, didn't sugar coat it, and just kept me up to date. We are getting the car back today, and I don't know if I explained it properly, but Juan's overall demeanor and just being on top if it was refreshing, as most companies aren't like that these days!!! Anyways, highly recommend Volvo N. Miami and Juan Mesa. Thank you!!!

Long story short…. Bought used Mazda 3 in VA Beach. Motor seized less than 3 mos. later. It was assigned to Savannah and within a couple of weeks, a new engine is getting dropped in it at no charge to me. Thanks to Savannah, Noah, the shop supervisor, and the rest of the Daytona Mazda Service Team for your relentless pursuit of customer satisfaction. Not enough stars in the Milky Way! :-)

My car was recently and I desperately needed a car but I did not want to get into car payments again. So the perfect used car was the answer which I’ve never had to do and felt really confused and intimidated. Looking for cars online began a barrage of texts with ads and offers. One of them was CarLux and it did pique my attention so I planned to go some day. Ironically I happened to turn around and go check it out even though I hadn’t received my insurance money. Just looking. Anthony showed me an Encore I loved but was above my budget. I went back when I had the cash ready to purchase something. David, a most polite, kind and patient young man showed me a few cards that could fall within my budget. When it was time to choose I was still set on the Encore. That’s when manager Lorenzo stepped in who had told me “when you have the money come back I’ll work with you.” Well he did… He worked on the numbers and came back with an offer that suited my needs and I drove off with my beautiful Buick Encore..!! Everyone there was attentive, patient. No pressure. And all assuring me I would be pleased with the outcome. I was there for quite a while since paperwork, tags and even connected me with insurance connections and found me a great policy and price. The whole day was a pleasant experience and I’d like to give a special mention Lorenzo, Anthony, David, Stefanie as well all others there who’s name I can’t remember but just as pleasant. In short I highly recommend you visit them when looking for a used car at a good price head to ok CARLUX in Ft Lauderale on US1. Thank you guys..!!
