Had a very pleasant experience with Murray Jeep. Ethan (sales rep) for extremely friendly, respectful, courtious and he went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant experience. We did not end up buying a Jeep, but if we did it would have definitely been from Ethan. We are still shopping for a new vehicle and we do anticipate returning to this dealership to make a purchase. Thank you to the Murray team for treating a customer with respect and not be too pushy like most other dealers. It was by far the best experience we have had at any dealership in 30 years. Super clean and welcoming dealership. Our salesman, Justin was friendly and patient(we looked at 4 different vehicles). Dragon, the finance guy was great. We’ve never had a better finance guy than Dragon, he was very good at explaining everything. The last Ford dealership I purchased from was not a great experience and I’ll never return to them. I will definitely recommend this dealership, salesman, and finance guy!

UPDATE 9/19/2025: Kurt Dooley reached out, and everything has been resolved. recently bought a used 2021 Audi with really low mileage from BMW of Tampa. I was told that the car was given a 100% inspection. But within a couple of days of purchase, I started smelling anti freeze. I first thought that it might be due to them recently adding fluids to the car. Two weeks later I’m still smelling anti freeze so I took the car to a local Audi dealership to check it out. I was told by the mechanic that the water pump has a leak and it showed that the water pump was leaking for a while due to rust stains. The mechanic told me that it was going to cost over $6000 to replace the water pump. The mechanic provided a video of the water pump and rust stains. On September 4, 2025 I emailed the management of BMW of Tampa and attached the video from the mechanic. I received an email back later that night on September 4 from a manager, where he apologized and asked that I bring the car in for his mechanics to look over. And he stated that “Hopefully, we will connect tomorrow and can try and work on a solution. Once again, I apologize for the issue.” I emailed back informing him that I already had the car repaired due to the urgency of the matter. I gave him a time to call me.

Took my 2024 Porsche 911 Carrera to Porsche Tampa today for my one year service. My service advisor, Mike Deleon, greeted me and explained the service and inspections that would be completed. I toured their new building, new service bays, sales showroom, plush waiting areas and an indoor showroom of new and resale vehicles on the second level, ultra modern all the way. I also spoke with my sales person, Robert Kearney, the individual responsible for helping me with my first Porsche purchase. The service work was completed in less time than indicated. Mike went over everything that was done and the additional items that would be serviced next year. I was also helped by Eric Kozula with some technical issues I had questions about. Even though the dealership was quite busy, Eric took the time to solve my questions. I have nothing but admiration for everyone at this dealership. I see that they work together as a team and I have always felt like a Valued Customer! P.S. The Carrera is Fantastic! Bill S.

The worst experience I have ever had dealing with Massey...salesman was Garrett, he was kid and in my opinion, unprofessional. typical used car salesman who cares only about his next sell, yuck! We had spoken for a few days regarding a specific used car on the lot. He knew we lived 3 1/2 hrs away and had to transfer funds for a cash deal...we went thru lots of effort to get the funds for the next day We asked if we could leave a deposit so we don't drive up for nothing and the car be sold, he said no deposit policy. We'll we told him we were coming up and talked to him on the phone when we were 3 hrs into our drive, said we will be there shortly...20 minutes later, he texted me that the car was sold! WHAT!! How wrong on so many levels! I called and spoke to his manager, Jose, and that guy could have given 2 hoots, very unsympathetic and cold...no apology even...I would NEVER deal with this dealership...buyer beware I have to amend this review to date, I have been contacted by Jay, the General Manager at Massey and he is making this wrong, right! He has offered to have the car I chose shipped free of charge and is willing to work with me on every level one on one...He couldn't be kinder or more professional....I give him 10 stars

My car was recently and I desperately needed a car but I did not want to get into car payments again. So the perfect used car was the answer which I’ve never had to do and felt really confused and intimidated. Looking for cars online began a barrage of texts with ads and offers. One of them was CarLux and it did pique my attention so I planned to go some day. Ironically I happened to turn around and go check it out even though I hadn’t received my insurance money. Just looking. Anthony showed me an Encore I loved but was above my budget. I went back when I had the cash ready to purchase something. David, a most polite, kind and patient young man showed me a few cards that could fall within my budget. When it was time to choose I was still set on the Encore. That’s when manager Lorenzo stepped in who had told me “when you have the money come back I’ll work with you.” Well he did… He worked on the numbers and came back with an offer that suited my needs and I drove off with my beautiful Buick Encore..!! Everyone there was attentive, patient. No pressure. And all assuring me I would be pleased with the outcome. I was there for quite a while since paperwork, tags and even connected me with insurance connections and found me a great policy and price. The whole day was a pleasant experience and I’d like to give a special mention Lorenzo, Anthony, David, Stefanie as well all others there who’s name I can’t remember but just as pleasant.
