Michael Oquendo in Sales and Major Lowe in Finance were fabulous at Werner Hyundai. Michael O. was never pushy and let me control my purchase on my timeline. Always available to answer questions by text or phone. I found the exact Tuscon Limited that I wanted at an out of town Hyundai dealership and Michael quickly coordinated getting the car to Tallahassee. Micheal O. gets an A+. With knowledgeable assistance from Major Lowe in Finance, we completed the deal! Major explained items thoroughly and happily showed us all warrenty and payment options. General Manager, Jeff Golden checked on us several times to ensure everything was going smoothly. Never thought I would buy a Hyundai, but after extensive research and their consistent great ratings, I got my sassy red Tuscan Limited with all the bells and whistles!

. I told BRANDON exactly what I was looking for and roughly how much I was looking to spend. Within 10 minutes he found the exact car I was looking for and the price I was looking to spend. Brian is a young salesman with a great personality and a great understanding. I could not believe how this was playing out.. he had an answer for every question I had an any negotiations that was above what he was allowed to do. He got okayed through his manager without bringing him over and getting him involved in our negotiations. I got an outstanding deal on the vehicle I was looking for without any lying., side stepping, or any other things related to the sale. The general manager( I believe his name was Dillon) was understanding agreed to the price that I was offering for the vehicle without any back and forth bargaining.. If you are looking to purchase a car from a dealer, please do yourself a favor and ask to deal with BRANDON he is a young man but very understanding and respectful. From the time I pulled in their parking lot till the time I left it was roughly 2 hours and I was driving home with the car of my dreams. It was an outstanding experience and one I did not expect, especially after all the cars I have purchased.. Please do yourself a favor and ask to deal with BRANDON and I’m sure you’ll be more than satisfied with him and the dealership. They went above and beyond to satisfy all my needs. I had such a wonderful buying experience at Land Rover Palm Beach. I was buying a used car with very poor credit. Lisa and Lee were able to work miracles and got me approved for financing. I worked with Lisa through the selection and buying process. She was very straight-forward and honest with me the whole time, and was in frequent communication with me walking me though the buying process. We did a lot of up front work via emails, texts, etc. I felt like I already knew her when I walked in to meet her the first time! Lee was great at explaining the financials to me and different options that were available. Our next car will definitely be through Land Rover Palm Beach.
