Audi North Orlando - Sandford is the absolute BEST luxury car dealership! I can’t say it enough. Sean E, Amber L, in the service department are so genuine, straightforward and take care of you like you’re the only customer! No matter what pressure they must have, always consistent and concerned about all customers needs. The General Manager, Shaun L shows outstanding leadership and is always available to customers. Shaun L is very involved with all customers. It’s amazing and you typically never see the General Manager of a Luxury dealerships on the floor speaking to customers. The service department is the best, they are all very welcoming and helpful as well.

I have recently purchased a brand new 2026 Cadillac Escalade sport in Pennsylvania however I do live in Florida. I went in to add more Bayview Cadillac for my first service and Barbara my service representative did an excellent!! job of getting me squared away. All I was waiting I wandered into the showroom and I met Marc one of the sales representatives and he showed me a brand new All electric Cadillac Escalade. He knew I was not interested in a new car but took the time to show me all about the car and even take me for a test ride super guy!! All in all, this was my first experience at Ed Morris Bayview Cadillac and I'll definitely be going back. Fantastic experience.!!
