Brian, my sales consultant, was very up front about pricing, followed up with me, and was prompt to answer my questions through text while we were thinking about the purchase over the course of a couple of days. Sean, the finance manager made the signing process super easy, I was able to sign everything electronically from my son’s baseball game. We hit a snag with the value of my trade due to mechanical issues that were found upon inspection but the sales manager worked with me so I was able to keep the original deal as is. I’m very happy with my new Honda CRV. As far as the dealership itself… it’s clean and nice.

Service was done (battery replaced) on 11-20-2025. One week later, the car once again had a dead battery and could not start. I did some troubleshooting and measured approx. one amp of current draw with the engine not running. After a brief check, I found that I had accidentally left one of the interior dome lights in the "ON" position. No doubt this is what had caused the battery to drain on 11-20. The technician should have tested for "phantom loads" and should have found this common fault.

Credit Card service charge, Really! In an age when everything is paid for with a card and almost no one carries around enough cash for repairs or service, it is absurd that you have to pass along to the valued customers the cost of using a credit card. This is the cost of doing business. It isn't like you haven't already bumped up your service rates to keep up with inflation. Also, My MX-5 with only 14000 miles on it now has experienced a failure of the sensor in the washer fluid container. The cost? Over $200.00 to replace a $20,00 part that has a history of failure. You presented no offer to replace it free or even a discount. Not good service.. Hence 4 stars.
