Luis Liriano was great. I went to the dealer with a question about a lease return and doing an inspection on a 2023 VW Tiguan. I was looking to upgrade to a nicer vehicle and left with VW Atlas. I was quite undecisive about what I wanted to do because I was also shopping around at another dealer for a BMW X3. Luis was so patient with me showed me every car I wanted to see, I changed my mind like 4 times about the color and the trim. Even when we thought I had finally chosen the Silver one, I saw the white one with the black rims in the showroom and fell in love with that color combination. To make a long story short, I left the dealer with THE car for me. Thank you, Luis.
