Overall, good experience. Most cars in excellent shape. You could tell that they spent a lot of money building out this facility. It just opened in Feb 2024 so everything was new. Our salesperson Brian Treder was outstanding. He was no pressure and helpful in everything we asked of him. Just know upfront that you will be paying the following mandatory fees: - $998 Pre-delivery service fee - $499 Lojack - $499 Paint and fabric conditioning To me the main thing is getting a car you love, and to do that you need to have a good selection of reasonably priced vehicles.

I had no intention on buying a Nissan. My daughter made a wrong turn into the dealership, it was her mistake, and I must say, I am glad she did. There were a few young men standing outside when we pulled up to park. Daniel Utrobin walked over to us, he asked what I was looking for, and I told him, we went inside to his office for a few minutes, after that, he took us outside to show me a Nissan kicks, I took a look at it, but it was a bit smaller than I wanted. He said he was going to pick a car he thought I like. I fell in love with it as soon as he pulled up with a 2018 Nissan Rouge. We went for a drive, and at this point I knew that would be the one I was buying. I’m very happy with the choice Daniel chose for me. He is an excellent salesman.

Brandon Moseley was my sales person and he made the whole process easy and stress free. Everyone at Coast was super friendly and helpful and I noticed if there was ever a snag, I was told, don’t worry, we will take care of it for you. Abe in finance, made the financing process smooth and easy as well. Brandon and Katlyn even drove me back to drop off my rental car at rush hour!
