This is a beautiful facility, with welcoming staff, smooth and easy interactions. I requested a woman sales associate and got Hilda, who was very kind and professional. I was a bit disappointed that I ended up having to do negotiations and "the deal" with a man ( my issue, not his. He was fine.) but I later ascertained that HIlda was still training and so she was sort of shadowing him. For my own personal reasons, I preferred to work with a woman, so I wish that I could have done that from start to finish. HIlda's name isn't on the list yet for this review, but I give her five stars. Kagan was fine, but not what I requested.

these guys are great very helpful, and service manager is off the chain, would highly recommend, I was telling him about a 2000 dodge caravan that I bought brand new there back in year 2000 I keep my cars very serviced and that van is about to hit 400,000 miles on it with no engine work done to it. I said I should bring it up here so you can take a picture of it and send it in. He said you should because like I told him thats almost unheard of on a van we both laughed.
