Ronnie was very nice and quick to help, after the first car that we planned on getting didn't work out. Ronnie was quick to find me a nice car for a good price, and now at 19 YEARS OLD!!! I was able to purchase my first car with no cosigner. Once again, I would like to personally thank Ronnie for his dedication and help. If you are in the market for a new vehicle, you absolutely have to go see Chris Hallenberg. He went above and beyond for my family and me by securing an amazing, fair deal on my pickup truck trade-in and taking the time to show me multiple upgraded vehicles. Even though I wasn’t able to make a purchase today, Chris provided expert advice and helped me develop a personalized plan; I truly feel like he will not rest until I am in my new dream truck. His communication is top-notch, as he stayed in touch at all times of the day to keep me updated. Beyond the sales floor, Chris even noticed that my current Traverse extended warranty was overpriced and is now working directly with the finance team to get me a better, longer-term deal with hardly any money out of my own pocket. My wife and I have been buying & Leasing GM products for over 25 yrs and we get the GM Legacy Program Discount from our family members working and retired from the UAW. So the first thing i like to do when i am about to buy or lease i go on to my GM Login Build & Price then when i have a price i click check inventory 50 to 100 miles out now i live 40 miles north of Milwaukee,Wi Oh did i say the vehicle was a 2026 Chevy Lt Cypress Gray w/t Zero options i look at it this way if i dont need it why buy it.Now Wisconsin had NO Trax that i wanted oh sure they had ones with one or two Options they wanted to sell me and people i have been doing this a long long time you HAVE to be Blunt and to the Point to a salesman tell them this is what i want and if you cant find one in your inventory i WILL go some where else plain and simple DO NOT be afraid to tell them that . So i found a Chevy Store in Homewood,Il called Homewood Chevy lol and the Chevy Trax was listed for $ 21,608 i called and started to get started with #s From a Salesman named Seth prior Military needless to say the next day we drove 2hrs to get the car with our 2024 Buick Invista trade in which gave me top $ for it,Now we got down there to the store and a man Named JP greeted us and i am telling you we hit it off also as he was prior military Maj.J Pullen Sir So Seth wasnt there yet but when came in the four of us my wife,me,Seth and JP got everything in order sent it to the finance manger came back everything is good,Now this Chevy store isnt like them mega stores where you just feel like a number Homewood Chevy was like i knew everybody no fancy snack bar no starbucks JUST friendly people like Seth & JP and i tell you what my sarcasm gets me in trouble at times but there it was like i worked there lol in a good way. This is my 4th Nissan from this location. They are very informative, honest and helpful in the car purchasing. My salesman, Kuba Luc is AMAZING. The only issue I had was NOT with Countryside Nissan. It was with Nisssan. Advertising 0% Financing for 60 months was very misleading. ZERO % financing MEAN ZERO % meaning NO INTEREST will be charged to the amount you finance. With a FICO score of 845, and cash deposit of $ 20,000, I didn't think I would have to pay interest on my loan. That is something NISSAN should look into and advertise honestly.
