Finance and titling although it went smoothly it still takes a lot of time, and I was paying cash. B+ First service experience for running board went very smooth coming in. Picking up the vehicle was a little unpolished. I walked in one writer was busy one was on the computer so I went to the guy on the computer and stood until he acknowledged I was there. It was a uncomfortable dead air time. He asked what I need when I told him I was there to pick up he just said go to the cashier and pointed over his shoulder. Scored a B-. Parts when I asked my salesman about trailer hitches he looked them up and then we went to the parts department with some questions. The parts guy was totally disrespectful to the salesman.
