I purchase a 2025 used Equinox EV with assistance from - lakevfr

I purchase a 2025 used Equinox EV with assistance from Carson and Cody. The transaction was completed online and on the phone, since I live 325 miles away and could not visit the car it self. They quickly and willingly printed and sent me service records and a Carfax upon request. This was very important to me as the car had been returned to GM with a warranty issue. While attentive to these unique needs there was no pressure but complete attention to the necessarily complex process of buying a car with 1600 miles on it "sight unseen". Though texting and emails they worked with me and my Credit Union loan officer to expeditiously complete the sale, which in cluded shipping the car to my home. Although it was not his job, even the truck driver helped me verify the paperwork was in order and called his supervisor to help as well. As a 7 year EV owner I realise that with EVs still being uncommon there are challanges to buyers and sellers alike regarding correct information about the vehicle. If they did not have what I requested they found it without hesitation or complaint. I have driven the car without incident for about a week and am very satisfied with it, the price, the value and the acccesibility and follow-up with staff.

We had an amazing experience working with Fredy while - steph.afsar

We had an amazing experience working with Fredy while purchasing our new 2025 VinFast VF8 Plus. From the moment we met him, he was authentic, honest, and genuinely focused on helping us rather than making a sale. He never used a pushy approach and instead took the time to truly listen to our needs, answer every question we had, and make sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. Since this was our family’s first electric vehicle, transitioning to an EV felt like a big step. Fredy made the experience exciting instead of overwhelming. He was patient, knowledgeable, and walked us through everything we needed to know, giving us confidence in our decision. We truly appreciate all of Fredy’s help, professionalism, and kindness. If you’re considering a VinFast, we highly recommend asking for Fredy. He made what could have been a stressful experience enjoyable and memorable. Thank you, Fredy, for helping us make the transition to our first EV - we couldn’t be happier with our new 2025 VF8 Plus!

We had an outstanding experience at Anderson Toyota! Don Smith was friendly, professional, and genuinely took the time to understand what we needed. Business Manager Brandon Campbell went above and beyond to make us feel valued, even surprising us with a black Toyota jacket. That thoughtful gift was especially meaningful because my wife and I both love black—and our new Toyota is black too! 🖤 We’re truly grateful for the exceptional service and personal attention we received. Toyota’s reputation for reliability is impressive, and Anderson Toyota made the entire buying experience even better. Special thanks to Don Smith and Brandon Campbell—we highly recommend them and the entire Anderson Toyota team!
