We had a good experience overall and would definitely return to buy from John Durkin again! He was incredibly patient and genuinely committed to ensuring we were satisfied—not just during the sale, but even after everything was finalized. The financing process went smoothly, though we do regret purchasing the Zurich Shield. The application left messy streak marks and what felt like overspray bumps on the car. We were the first customers to work with a new leather repair specialist, and unfortunately, the results didn’t meet our expectations. That said, the team did everything they could to make it right, and we truly appreciated their effort—even if the outcome wasn’t ideal. However, we were promised something extra to make up for the poor experience, but haven’t heard anything further on that. The service department, however, left something to be desired. Despite being told I’d receive follow-up calls, I had to reach out multiple times when no one got back to me. Important details discussed beforehand were missing at the time of the appointment, and items that were supposed to be looked into ahead of time were not addressed. On a positive note, the actual repairs were excellent and the loaner cars were a big plus. The detailing shop also fell short—especially after the leather repairs required several return visits. We eventually took the car to a professional detailer, and the difference was night and day. In summary, while there were a few bumps along the way, our overall experience was positive—thanks in large part to John Durkin’s exceptional service.

This dealer gave me the quickest and clearest response to my request for out the door costs of the vehicle I chose. I knew exactly what I was looking for and never experienced any pressure or sales pitches for things I didn't want. They clearly wanted my business and stayed in close touch to answer all my questions. They offered a very decent discount right up front. I was fortunate enough to have Christine as my sales consultant, who clearly loves serving her customers with excellence, and was a delight to work with. She was very energetic, welcoming, helpful and informative, explaining clearly each step in the process. When I told her I would be leaving my rental car there at the dealership for pick up the next day, she said she would follow me over to the rental office so I could surrender my rental car while we were waiting for the documentation to be processed, and could just get it off my hands right then and there. When we took the test drive with the vehicle, she spent more than a half an hour with me going over all the features, and alerting me to all the things that I should be aware of that would be useful in the car's operation. I keep my cars for a long time, so buying a vehicle every 10 years or so can be quite stressful for me. I have to say, this was the most enjoyable process I have experienced in my life. I would recommend Tasca Mazda in Seekonk MA and Christine in particular with the greatest enthusiasm and No Reservations.

Mark Johnson has no customer service skills. Bought a car that had problems that I made them aware about within 1 hour of delivery. Fast forward to this guy mark calling me and telling me to bad, the car is mine now and I’m stuck with it. He was bragging about taking the car for a long weekend a few weeks prior and said it wasn’t having that problem and also claimed he had a “clean bill of health” and a multipoint inspection from the Audi dealership. The clean bill of health he was talking about was an oil change done 5 months prior. He then also had a multipoint inspection report drawn up by autobahn, not Audi, 3 days after taking delivery of the car. I don’t know how that is possible considering you can’t inspect a car not in your possession. He wasn’t willing to even take a look at the vehicle after spending $70k on a car. He kept denying until we reached the right person at corporate. 100% will never buy a car from anywhere this guy is working. Long story short he ended up having to make the repair he was so firmly deny doing. McGovern as a whole is amazing! But this guy is terrible
