After our longtime dealership in Hanover closed its - Brian Patrick

After our longtime dealership in Hanover closed its doors, we were hoping to find a new dealership we could trust. I'm happy to say that Infiniti of Norwood exceeded every expectation and delivered a car-buying experience that was professional, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable from start to finish. Our salesperson, Andrew, was beyond professional. He took the time to thoroughly explain all the features and benefits of our new vehicle and often answered questions before we even had to ask them. What really stood out was how much he respected our time and focused on making the process as smooth and efficient as possible. Andrew also went above and beyond by explaining the benefits of purchasing through Infiniti of Norwood, including service options, oil changes, registration assistance, and inspection sticker requirements. As a new customer to the dealership, that information was incredibly valuable and gave me confidence that the relationship wouldn't end after the sale. Just as importantly, Andrew was genuinely personable. He took the time to get to know us and didn't make every conversation about selling a car. There was never any pressure to make a decision or move faster than we were comfortable with. Instead, he acted as a trusted advisor, offering guidance and helping us navigate our options while allowing us to make the decision that was right for us. That approach made all the difference. When it came time to finalize the deal, Adam made sure the numbers worked and made sense. I especially appreciated how he eliminated the typical back-and-forth negotiation process and worked closely with Andrew to streamline everything. Adam also kept the atmosphere loose and friendly throughout the process, even getting us to laugh with a few perfectly timed jokes. Those interactions went a long way in making us feel like more than just another sales quota. It was clear that he genuinely cared about our experience and wanted to make sure we left 100% satisfied with both the deal and the overall experience. The excellent service continued with Jon in finance. Buying a car is an exciting time, and it's easy to get caught up in the moment. Jon recognized that and made sure we slowed down enough to fully understand the warranty options, coverages, and extended service plans available to us. He took the time to answer our questions thoroughly and explain everything clearly, allowing us to make informed decisions without ever feeling rushed or pressured. His patience and attention to detail gave us confidence that we were making the right choices for our needs. To top it all off, the car looked fantastic when we picked it up. The attention to detail and presentation showed the pride they take in delivering vehicles to their customers. All in all, this was a wonderful experience. It was such a relief to find a new dealership to call home after the closing of our dealership in Hanover. I sincerely appreciate the level of professionalism shown by everyone at Infiniti of Norwood. It's refreshing to see that true customer service still exists in this industry. Thank you, Andrew, Adam, and Jon, for making this such a positive experience. We look forward to being Infiniti of Norwood customers for years to come!

I purchased my vehicle from this dealership a couple of years ago and had a great experience. When I recently returned to sell it, I encountered a few challenges. He maintained daily communication, followed through on his commitments, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was resolved to my satisfaction.

Omar was very helpful in my purchase of my Jeep Grand - johnned1976

Omar was very helpful in my purchase of my Jeep Grand Cherokee. I was kept informed the whole time and was even presented all purchasing options (even though my plan was to lease). Having those options led me to finance my vehicle instead. I would highly recommend Omar Abdalla and Imperial Chrysler Jeep. I would also like to mention Richard Flores who also worked with me and my budget as someone who is willing to do what it takes to help someone get into a new vehicle. I can't thank them enough.

I recently purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Passat from - rikkroto

I recently purchased a 2020 Volkswagen Passat from InterAuto Plainville, MA, and I wanted to share my experience with both the car and the dealership. Menny Mitoulis was excellent to work with from the beginning — straightforward, helpful, and never high-pressure. But what impressed me most was what happened after the sale. Not long after taking delivery of the car, I discovered an engine issue that wasn't apparent during the original test drive. This is where you find out what kind of company you're actually dealing with. Anyone buying a used car should understand that there is always some risk involved. No dealer can guarantee that an older car will never have a problem. What matters to me is what happens when it does, and whether the seller is willing to stand behind what they sold. InterAuto did. Menny and the InterAuto team took the issue seriously and ultimately replaced the faulty engine with a certified lower-mileage engine. They worked with me to get all the issues addressed rather than treating the sale as the end of their responsibility. Anyone can provide a good experience when everything goes perfectly. As a senior sales executive, I put much more value on how a business responds when something doesn't go according to plan. Menny and the team at InterAuto earned my trust by doing the right thing when it mattered. Based on my experience, I'd be comfortable recommending them and buying from them again. Rick Rotatori

I do not write reviews often but my recent experience - baseballsoups11

I do not write reviews often but my recent experience buying my family grad highlander was 10 star service! from my sales person Gavin who was very nice to work with very knowledgeable and patient. we have bought here before but this time felt smooth and relaxed, No pressure. Then came the Finance department ! Usually thing IMO if there is any stress or pressure this is where i expect it. Ryan Campbell was extremely educated in his profession. Genuine ,Smooth, great explanations of my factory benefits and all the "extra's". We usually do not buy Warranty's etc. , but they way it was explained, presented and we added a few warranty's. Thank you for assisting us with that process Ryan, without your patients, knowledge and most importantly your transparency is what mad my wife make me write this review lol. We will Faithful Woburn Toyota buyers. See you in a few years Gavin, Ryan and the entire team!

Had bought 2 cars under the old Boch name and had a - Joe74

Had bought 2 cars under the old Boch name and had a terrible experience both buying and service. Last car bought was a Camry in 2007 that still runs like a top. Have bought Toyota cars since but stayed away from Boch each time. Went to the Nucar in Norwood just to do an oil change recently and was surprised at how they are now. May just have been my service advisor Kevin but was treated well and felt I was working with an honest person. That counts for me. May start to bring back my cars to service at Nucar and will consider next time for a new car. Thanks Kevin for your help! If everyone is half as good as you Nucar Toyota is my new go to dealer.
