I had several Subaru dealers to choose from, including some that participated in a TicketsatWork Employee Auto Buying (EAB) program that was available to me through my employer. I compared prices and fees and found those charged by Wayne Subaru to be competitive and fair, despite the fact that Wayne Subaru was not an EAB program participant. I took my time deciding which model to purchase, and Ken and Mike were very patient with me. The final purchase process was simple, and all went well on the day I purchased my new Subaru Forester Hybrid. I was pleased to meet owner Bob Lesko, who remembered me by name and treated me kindly. I enjoyed working with Ken and Mike, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to family members and friends. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase, and my choice of the Wayne Subaru dealership. His diligent work gave us the incentive to visit the dealership. We drove all the way from northwestern NJ. Randy, the salesman, who worked with us during the test drive and closing, is a great credit to Freehold Subaru. He is the kind of salesman we like the most. Listened to our questions and concerns, provided all the information we requested, followed up, but never got pushy. He is genuinely good person. Carlos, the sales manager, is a great leader and friendly. His department is well run. He is very professional, stands by his word. David, the finance manager, handled the paperwork with great, humor, patience, and knowledge. We had also a very good discussion with Greg, the service manager, about spare wheel options. In summary, we experienced a flawless, trustworthy dealing, and closed the purchase the same day as the test drive. We highly recommend Freehold Subaru. We left the dealership as a happy 2026 Subaru Outback owner.

This is our second Subaru from Ciocca and it was the most hassle-free experience we have ever had when purchasing a vehicle. We LOVE our Onyx Edition Subaru and the wonderful features it comes with. Plus the Turbo WOW and just the whole package including the black rims. Highly recommended to start your search at Ciocca because even if you don't buy a Subaru, you will find the vehicle that is right for you. But get a Subaru already! Before Ciocca took over, I had purchased and was very happy with sales and service of 3 Subarus. Now it’s apparent they fit the bill of a “typical” dealership; expensive, questionable ethics and pushy service staff. $120 to replace windshield wipers, $600+ to replace spark plugs versus $300 my certified mechanic charged for the same. I’m in the market for a new vehicle now, but as much as I like Subaru and would be happy to purchase another, it will not be from Ciocca.

I took my 2017 Forester in for some unplanned service on 1-12-2026. Sally in Customer service was very helpful and made an appointment that day. They gave me a loner car so they could have my Forester as long as they needed to find a solution to my problem. My advisor was AnneMary in service. She too was very helpful and suggested some additional service needs, which I gave them approval to be done. They had the car a total 3 days. With a servicing contract, we drive close to 30 miles to reach Olden Ave on a Saturday. We were running late due traffic and was never told when making the appt that the Service Dept were to close early that day. We called ahead and upon arrival, RuthAnn made accommodation and happily took us in for our first Oil Change with tire rotation. We were out in abut 30 min. At another Suby dealer, the wait is usually about 90 min the last 7 years. Thank you RuthAnn. A few services ago at the other Suby dealer, the dipstick was not returned to its location. Went under the hood the next day to take a quick look. All good but noticed the windshield fluid was very low and not topped off.
