My wife and I visited three Toyota dealers wanting to order a new Toyota Tacoma truck and could not find anyone to order a truck for us. We received the same story from all the dealerships - it would be 2-3 months (which was fine with us) and would then try to talk us in to one that would not take as long but was not what we really wanted. I heard about White's Toyota from a co-worker telling me that they would treat us well and we were not disappointed. From the time we walked in the door until the time we exited the dealership with a new Tacoma, they were there to help and to accommodate. Adrian and Tom were the best and we are very grateful and thankful for all their efforts. They went beyond and they treated us wonderfully. We highly recommend this dealership.

I had a good experience. Greetings were wonderful and no wait time to take my car into be serviced. My car was done before the expected time. The service man didn't put my computer back to its original position for driving. It was still on the tire settings. I don't work well with computers. So I left and tried to get my speedometer to work and ended up coming back. Octavius came to my rescue! He recognized me right away and asked if everything was ok. I explained what was happening and he set everything back to the way I wanted. I thanked him and was on my way. He is a asset to your Toyota Dealership. He deserves a raise and a pat on the back! Couldn’t find the exact car I wanted from my local dealer even searching the 4 state Gulf Region. Even tho I they ordered it June 2 it would not get here until September at the earliest. So I started searching cars.com & found one in Cincinnati at Joseph Toyota & requested a call back. Chris Ward, a fantastic guy, called me & verified they did have what I was looking for. He asked me what I wanted to pay & I told him. He said he would check & I figured that would be the end of it. But he soon called be back & said “It looks like you’ll be coming to Cincinnati.” Even with the expense of flying & all costs of driving home, motel-food-gas-tolls, I ended up saving $1000 over what my local dealer wanted.
So would I recommend Joseph Toyota? ABSOLUTELY!!
Let me add a few words about Chris Ward. He was wonderful to work with. Made sure I got exactly what I wanted. He even picked me up at the airport. He had the car ready to go & saw that the paperwork was ready. Even suggested a great place to eat on my way out of town. He was able to get me in & out in about an hour. If you ever bought a new car & remember all the paperwork then you know how quick that is.

During the second surge of COVID-19, it was time to replace my 13-yr old car. After extensive on-line research, I chose a Toyota Rav4 LE. There was a promotion about to expire that prompted me to venture out to the dealership right now.
I was pleased to see ALL employees were properly wearing masks. I observed frequent cleaning of common areas, door knobs, etc. The floor was marked at the sales desk for chair placement social distancing. Plexiglass shields were everywhere. I used my own pen, but was offered a new pen when it came time to sign documents.
I felt safe and, oh by the way, I love my new car!

I called and emailed again and received no reply. Maybe I 'creeped' them out by asking questions. They said, if you have questions. call or email. The experience at Beechmont Toyota was unlike any other car buying experience I have had. I had purchased two Toyotas from Dave Roth before prior to this one, so I knew I would be treated well and in this dealership environment I felt safe. The Highlander was everything I wanted in a luxury SUV. The offer for my used car was reasonable and the financial manager met my loan rate that I had pre-arranged. The entire Toyota team exceeded my expectations.
