Call twice, and made an appointment for 30,000 check, asked the cost both times, under $80 which included oil and tire change, Got there, and was handed a "Toyota Factory Check List" before the techs even looked at my Corolla. The cost of this service was $401.57, which included a throttle body service, replace wiper inserts, add balance car, battery service, etc.. Why wasn't I told this when I called to make appointment. Greg stated that the appointment (women) people were new and didn't know the routine. I needed all these services before anyone looked at my car. My son also was upset with the unneeded service before they even touched the car, and he was a Toyota tech at another dealership. Refused all services except oil and tire. I called my writer when I got home since nothing about the thread on my tires were on the statement given to me. Greg, never returned my call, so I called the national customer service department in Tennessee. I told them that this dealership was scamming older women. I will never go back to Bedford Toyota for service or to buy another car.
When home, I called two other Toyota dealerships in the Cleveland area. Asked about their 30,000 service. None of the dealerships quoted a Factory Service fee of $400. I was quoted between $60-$90 for the oil and tire change.
Toyota of Bedford should be ashamed of themselves.

The salesman informed me there were 8 Supra's in stock but unfortunately the car is not available for test drives. I asked to speak to the sales manager and again he said there's a no test drive policy on that vehicle. UNBELIEVABLE!!! How do they expect someone to purchase a $50,000 plus car without test driving it first???? Their service department also gives me a hard time every time I take my Camry in for the complimentary oil changes that was written into my contract when I purchased that car back in 2012. STAY AWAY from this dealership....

Thanks Jermaine! We called and spoke with Jermaine about purchasing a new Hylander Hybrid. He had a car waiting for us when we arrived. It did not have the features that we wanted, so he went out to the snow covered lot and brought up another - it was perfect!!
Came back the next day to close the deal! Jermaine was friendly, attentive, and very easy to work with. One of the better car buying experiences! We drove away happy with our purchase!

I've been a Tansky customer for a little over six years and will never return for another vehicle again. Please never lease or purchase a vehicle from this location and avoid trading your car in here at all costs. See below for my reasoning.
I paid off a lease a few months in advance but then received an email back in October about the dealership buying out leases and used vehicles, so I checked out their selection and decided to move forward with a lease toward a new RAV4. I called Toyota Financial Services and requested a refund for my overpayment and they obliged, letting me know that it would take a few weeks to reach me via check in the mail but it was in process. I moved forward with the RAV4 and that was that.
A month later I still hadn't received the check, I called Toyota Financial and they let me know that the dealership didn't pay the full amount of the lease and they kept my money to make up the difference. They then explained that the dealership would have to refund my money because of the shortcoming/end of lease terms.
I called the dealership, explained my situation, and was told a manager would reach out to me in a few days. Two weeks went by and I heard nothing. I repeated this process three times and still hadn't heard anything, so I got a corporate customer service resolution specialist to forward my issue to one of their corporate team members within the dealership who then reached out to me.
After explaining the situation again, she said she'd need to review the lease agreements and would contact me again. After a day or so she reached out and couldn't determine where my overpayment had been made, then got the sales manager, Steve King, to speak with me about it. He was immediately defensive and accusatory saying that they didn't owe me anything, etc. etc. I explained that there was absolutely an amount owed to me, I paid for 36 months and turned it back in for a new lease after 34 and that I can't be charged for something that I didn't even have in my possession. His first reaction was literally "Why would you pay ahead"?. He then went on to say the refund would have to come from Toyota Financial since they provided the payoff quote. I asked if he'd call them with me and he refused saying he would only speak to the same representatives I would. Clearly it was going nowhere, so I said I'd call them again and did.
After they told me the same thing, I took things to the Attorney General for mediation since neither party was helping me. Once the mediation began, the story changed to "We've tried explaining equity to this customer multiple times" and that they don't owe me any money, etc. I explained the math, showed them where to find the information I used on their own documents, and then never received a response and they let the mediation fail. I called Toyota Headquarters to escalate the issue and they said they can't do anything other than log a complaint against the dealership.
It's been seven months now and I've still not received a dime. This dealership, and Toyota as a whole, is an awful company with no moral integrity and are completely untrustworthy. I legitimately loathe this company and dealership and wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Please do not purchase a vehicle with Toyota as they clearly cannot be trusted in the slightest to correct any errors on their end.
