The dealership was great. - Dennis M
The dealership was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful. More importantly, they were not overbearing. It's a very nice facility and the vehicles were detailed and road ready. My salesperson, Pete, was awesome to work with. Because I was coming in from out of town to check out a vehicle, I called him the day before and inquired about it. Turns out he was very honest and treated my wife and I like family when we arrived. He even gave us directions to make our drive back home more pleasant. Great job!!!

I will make this review as short as possible but do have - sanderson4x4
I will make this review as short as possible but do have a lot of time invested in Toyota of Warren … Loyal customer: Purchased 2018 4Runnver TRD PRO in Calvary Blue, purchased 2019 4Runner TRD PRO in Voodoo Blue, purchased 2019 Rav4, and finally ordered July 1st 2021 a 2022 Tundra TRD PRO which originally was to be delivered September 2021. The deal was made and the deposit submitted. 3rd week of September 2022 I called Tony Montazeri to inquire if any news (Today is 1 year and 3 months from the deposit). Tony found out they had one coming in to the dealer. Tony is awesome and has sold all of these vehicles to my family. Now Tony finds out from Tim Williams that they now are changing the original deal that we all agreed upon when placing the deposit. They want to add $6,995 Pro Care for me waiting a year and three months. Tony I believe was as shocked as I was when an agreed upon deal/order was placed and now changed. In the end with my “Customer Loyalty” Tony got the deal down to an extra $4,995 on top of MSRP! My father raised me to treat others as you want to be treated, this includes deals regardless of changing times! Went in to the dealership this afternoon to get my deposit back, Tim who I will now refer to as GO TOMMY (Think you will get where the similarity comes from) tells me sorry, I can sale to someone else for $20,000 more! Well GO TOMMY, I hope they will be as loyal a customer as I once was! There will never be another Toyota in this driveway. You can’t control peoples honesty but I can control where my family’s money is spent! So if you really got to have a Toyota, see Tony Montazeri … Really and awesome no BS Salesman! The second GO TOMMY gets involved, watch your back! Tony should think about working for Ford, the honesty he has would really fit the brand well!
Over all for a large dealership the experience you get is - Russellcjones
Over all for a large dealership the experience you get is exactly that….push push push..came from out of state the vehicle I purchase was average priced..a few things I noticed upon getting there were some flaws not represented in the photos . Vehicle was not detailed for delivery..but after driving some distance to get the truck what do you do ? Nothing was so bad I couldn’t address it myself.Overall a 6.8 to 7.5 experience Not the worst but certainly not best buying experience either.

I have taken my Toyota Tacoma to Byers Service Center since buying my truck from the two years ago. Everything has been easy peasy from scheduling online to picking up after hours! Nice waiting area but I go get my nails done next door in the shopping complex while waiting! Get a two for one that way! Awesome customer service.
2 weeks after placing my non refundable deposit, I was - cavsfanfl
2 weeks after placing my non refundable deposit, I was informed by "top" salesman Mike Cornett, that my camry XSE would not come with the sunroof. He stated that "they ran out of parts at the factory". Mike then encouraged me to get an aftermarket sunroof installed after purchase (so i was unable to see the final product until after i had fully purchased the car, which of course the sunroof installation left damage to my headliner and the 3rd party installer refuses to return my calls!) and refused to refund my deposit when questioned. Mike even went as far as to blatantly lie about the factory sunroof installation process. When I presented the concern of cutting a hole in the roof of a brand new car Mike stated " That's what the do in the factory ".🤣 of course I knew that they mold the roof of car entirely differently if it came with a factory sunroof, but it was annoying and a little entertaining to understand that Mike would literally say anything to make the sale. I definitely regret committing a deposit. When I showed up to get the car, the interior had several mud and dirt spots, and the windows had streaks through them. I didn't expect it to be completely spotless, but the idea of driving a new car home to clean it right away didn't sit well with me. After asking Mike to clean it twice (the first time he sent a lackey, the second time he took it upon himself and both of them missed the specific spots I mentioned 🙃) I finally decided to grab a towel and cleaning spray from the cleaning cart nearby and cleaned it myself while Mike was away preparing paperwork. Talk about service! The encounter with the non check reading financial advisor named Jim wasn't any better. I made a mistake writing my check for too much $ over MSRP due to the now required sun roof installation thanks again to Mike Corn, that caused to be voided by my financial institution days later. My mistake, but one that Mr. Financial manager Jim overlooked as well. I never imagined i was being screwed so much on the price compared to MSRP. Once discovered, I attempted to reach out to Jim and the beechmont team first and was told my call would be returned. Once it was finally returned the next afternoon, I was threatened by Jim to bring the car back immediately until the check was resolved or he would report the car stolen, he did this knowing I was at work(as the only manager on duty for the day) and had a 2 hour drive back to beechmont, so getting there was literally impossible. I'll never step foot near this place for anything, a bunch of lying a$$ cowards. Thanks for ruining my entire experience. The sunroof sucks, but besides that the car is cool. That combined with Google making me are the reasons for 1 star instead of 0. DRIVE TO THE NEXT TOYOTA DEALER!!
As usual, we were impressed with the service department - kareenabel
As usual, we were impressed with the service department at Tansksy's! We were able to get in quicky and the low pressure on my Rav 4's tires was diagnosed and fixed by them.
Warning, Run! - Mccoy
Warning, Run!!!!! This dealership is dishonest and incompetent. They try hiding and not disclosing fees and treat clients like they are idiots. They only want to finance through Toyota to feed their pockets instead of trying multiple lenders to do what is best for the client. Don't waste your time trying to negotiate or even deal with them. You will regret the decision in the long run.

If you like being scammed or being taken of advantage, - jbusse
If you like being scammed or being taken of advantage, Toyota of Boardman is for you. Not only, like everyone else, do they not have any new cars in the lot, but also, in order to buy one, they are asking for over $7000 above retail. They said it's supply and demand. Since people need cars, they feel obligated to drag them over the coals. It's just business, they say. On top of that, if you have a trade in, they give you $800 for a $15,000 car in mint condition. They have no interest in selling you a car. Save time and don't deal with them. The salesmen and manager are as sleazy as you can imagine.
Said because I don’t live in Cincinnati they could not - jlc
Said because I don’t live in Cincinnati they could not sell me a new car but could a used car. They save their new cars for people that live in Cincinnati.
I had a very pleasant experience at Walker Toyota. - Walter.j
I had a very pleasant experience at Walker Toyota. My salesman (Keaton Rutledge) was very professional and got me into a certified 2019 Toyota Sienna in no time at all. Keaton kept me informed through the whole process and even found the missing back seat that had been removed from the car. I will definitely shop at Walker Toyota in the future.

We purchased our vehicle from the dealership around seven - projecttorn
We purchased our vehicle from the dealership around seven years or so ago and have been generally satisfied with the level of service we've received up until the last two years.
Back in the beginning of 2022 is when the troubles really began, even if we didn't realize it yet. Took the car in for a routine service appointment and saw the vehicle parked out front when we went to pick it up. Strange... Never had them park it outside before. Upon closer inspection we found that the windshield had been cracked during the service. While the dealership would not admit fault, we were sent off for a new replacement windshield on their dime.
We have been dealing with an air conditioning issue all summer. Sometimes you don't want to admit something is wrong until you can't deny it any longer. In this case, it was mid-nineties outside and we were pouring sweat despite having the AC set to the coldest it would go, on the highest fan speed.
The first time, we just had the air filter replaced along with a routine service. It had been chewed, no big deal.
Second time, the AC was making a loud, strange noise. We advised them to remove the empty nest that was found in the system. No evidence of rodent activity. The noise was improved, but it never was fully resolved. Roughly $200.
Third time, the AC had gone out and we were hit with a migraine inducing chemical odor when the system was on. No leaks found in the system, but there was an empty nest?! As in, the nest that was supposed to be removed last time?
Despite giving the go ahead to remove the nest, it was not itemized on the previous bill and we were charged AGAIN to have the nest cleared out. System was presumed fine and they recharged the AC. This was a whopping $1200, as they found a loose wheel which we assumed was an urgent fix. This may or may not have been a mistake - it wasn't caught on the video inspection and was only conveyed orally.
Three weeks later, the smell never dissipated. It is, in fact, getting worse. The air is blowing tepid at best. Take it in for service appointment #4. This time, a leak is found behind the dash, and the evaporator coil is bad?? They also found.... Can you guess? AN EMPTY NEST.
Why wasn't this leak caught last time? Why is there still a nest?? We are given an estimate for $3000. And our advisor has the gall to tell us that once it's repaired and the system is sealed again, there's no guarantee that another leak won't be found! Forget that. We deny any work and pick the vehicle up.
Despite our protests, Performance Auto Group DOES NOT stand by their work. We have been offered no explanation as to how these issues were not caught the first, or even second, time. They have made no effort to resolve the issue, except to offer a higher bill, and maybe stuff another nest inside, who knows?!
After our experiences with the service department this year, we will never bring either of our vehicles back for service. And when it comes time to purchase another vehicle, you can just bet we will never choose Performance Toyota (or any division of Performance Auto Group) ever again. This company has become a joke. Too bad, I don't get the punchline.
