I knew the kind of car I was looking for... I was looking since March. When it came time to pull the trigger and buy, they didn't have 'the' car I wanted in stock... No problem, Dylan Legge got me in the car I wanted within 24 hours. He was great. He wasn't pushy and answered every question I had.
When it came time to pick the car up, he was unavailable but Jon Cox was happy to show me the car and answer my questions. Steve Cox was was also very pleasant.
I don't know what to say about Matt Ricker. I've known him for years and he is excellent to deal with. He's a great guy and Allan Nott is lucky to have him. Jerry Lewis should be embarrassed driving him there.
Hayden Best has to be some sort of genius for remembering what every lever, switch, button does and how to navigate the menu tree of every car on the lot. I can't remember how to change the ringtone on my iPhone.

After examining their work, I examined it. They did not expect that. As they were missing screws and shabby work. I had to call the technician back to complete his work and actually watch him while he did it and order it today for it to be done properly.
Sad. It is sad that this is the best that we can expect from our neighborhood dealerships now. I think I will be going back to Honda soon. I could rely on them. Far more professional.

Had the most amazing, personalized experience at Yark Toyota. After getting the run-around from multiple other Toyota dealerships, I began working with Greg Sparks from Yark. He was literally standing at the door smiling as I pulled up to the dealership, after driving 3 hours, to finally get my dream suv. The process was seamless!! I finally got to sit with Kevin Oberhaus in financing, who worked his magic in a time-crunch with my credit union, and graciously sent me out the door and on my road trip home, in my new 2019 Toyota Highlander SE. On the way out the door, I got to meet Vince Simon, who was also very friendly and available if I have any needs.

I visited the dealer to look at an advertised vehicle on 8-8-19. Mr. Paul Medina had the car waiting out front. I was in the advertised condition and the asking price was lower than others in similar condition in the area. The keys for a test drive were made available with only a copy of my DL.
I decided to purchase after the test drive and the entire process was among the easiest I've had. A few extras ($) were offered but when I declined there was no pressure or asking me to reconsider. I'd recommend this dealer and Paul Medina as a salesman.

Yesterday I was looking for vehicles online and asked if a certain vehicle was available at the Toyota dealership. Danny responded within moments with a phone call. I just happened to be next door getting an oil change so I walked over to meet Danny and look at the van. Danny met me at the door with a smile on his face. He then went straight to work answering all my questions and giving me all the information I needed to make sure this was the right vehicle for me. After looking the van over and taking a test drive I decided it was the one. My husband accompanied me upon returning to the dealership to make the purchase. After meeting with Rick the finance officer and signing my name twenty times, (and having a few laughs) the van was mine. Danny walked us out and even set up my Bluetooth and changed the tags over. He gave me his card and said to call anytime with any questions or concerns. Danny is a super nice guy and I appreciate all he did for us yesterday.

Walking into a car dealership, I figured dealers would make me feel dumb because I know little about cars and would jump all over me to get me to buy a car. This was the absolute opposite of how I felt when I walked into McDaniels Toyota. Everyone was super nice, and I felt like I was with my own family. I was greeted by multiple employees (Austin, Aaron, and John), before I went in to look at the cars that my dad picked out, the Corolla and Yaris. Austin was knowledgeable with both vehicles and allowed me to sit in each car. Once I picked the Corolla and stated my dislikes of an older version, he was able to pick out an upgrade that matched my desires. Austin allowed me to test drive and showed me all of the safety features on the road.
John was able to look at my trade-in vehicle within reasonable time and provide me with a price that they were willing to deduct from my new car cost. Although we had to sit and go through documents twice, Jeremy thoroughly explained each document both times. This was great because I was purchasing my first vehicle and had no idea about GAP or any of the other services that are provided.
Scheduling my first service check-up was fairly simple. Bob was able to inform me of the business hours and schedule me within a week. Danielle was able to be a chauffeur and take my vehicle to another building and explain the paperwork that followed what was done to my car. While my car was being worked on, I sat in the lounging area and spoke to a few friendly employees.

I had moved 100 miles from the dealer I used for years. I shopped the Columbus area but did not find the deal I expected. I Called my old dealer, Glockner Honds and talked to Andy Saltsman. I told him the vehicle that I wanted and he got back with with a deal that was much better than I had received form the Dealers here, I got the car I wanted at the budget I wanted.

Engine Alarm lights - Fr3 Cherokee
Engine alarm light (manual states take it in promptly). Mike Miller in service listened to our issues as we tow this 2018 Cherokee behind our RV and had to replace the battery at 36,000 miles (a Jeep dealer in Battle Creek MI did it). We were concerned that there may be no need for the installation of a fuse as the last 'step' prior to towing and that it may be the fuse trigging the alarm (and battery damage). Our concern was based on other Cherokee owners that tow their cars and, to date, we have not found anyone of the other Cherokee owners (same year cars too) that have to put a fuse in prior to towing (and remove the fuse 1st thing after towing).
Mike reviewed this with the service technicians and even printed out specific instructions that apply to our model Cherokee that this fuse is required during towing.
