I made the trip out from Philadelphia on a whim to look at Chapman Ford's assortment of vehicles. Like so many others, I didn't "expect to buy" that day. I thought I would take a look, make notes, and gather appropriate information that could assist me with a thorough & thoughtful decision later on in the year. The atmosphere in the showroom was light and free of pressure, which made it fun to dream and shop. Aaron, the salesman I had the good fortune of being paired with that day, was sincere, knowledgable, and well spoken. He had answers to most of my questions, of which there were many, and for those less obvious answers he had a gracious team of managers ready to step in and assist. Aaron was also curious about my business, which showcased his care for helping me pick the right tool for my needs on the road. In the end, I made the decision to purchase the Bronco Sport that day. I am pleased to have (2) comprehensive warranties behind my vehicle, and me, which offer support, if ever needed, country wide. In my line of work, and with the amount that I travel, this peace of mind feels priceless. Furthermore, to know that a gracious team resides within the walls of Chapman Ford Lancaster, offers me a feeling of refuge from the fast paced & often uncertain world of the modern automobile. Better price on 2022 CRV than dealerships! I drove 10 vehicle beforehand and there were great vehicles, but this price was better for the vehicle. Christian worked so hard to sale this. He actually drove to NJ and back to PA to get the one I wanted. Exceptional! Only thing is the certification warranty is not a true Honda warranty

I had been buying cars at Lakeland Dodge for the last 20 years. I had NO idea that a few years ago they had been bought by new ownership and were now Chrysler-Dodge-Jeep-Ram of Greenville. So I was a little nervous as I talked about my history with previous ownership and how well they took care of me. Enter Maxine (Max) Bookamer! Even without any past history with the staff there, she completely made me feel valued like they were the ones that had been serving me for the last 20 years. Any question I had, and I ask a LOT of questions, she would answer or let me know she would get the answer for me. As I was trying to decide on vehicles, I made her go on multiple test drives with me. It included multiple days of test drives, and multiple locations. Side note, she’s a great tour guide of Conneaut Lake! And as I was deciding on a vehicle, she was so in tune with my preferences, that she knew what vehicle was my best fit. She didn’t try to upsell me or talk me into another vehicle. She made sure I got the vehicle that was the right fit for me😊 Throughout the whole process she was SO good in the timeliness and thoroughness of her communications! And like I said before, she did a great job of making me feel like a valued customer, even though it was my first time working with her. But I can promise you it won’t be the last! I look forward to continuing to buy vehicles from people I can trust, and Max Bookamer is definitely someone you can trust!
