He was very matter of fact and if anything really went to bat for me when talking to finance getting my GAP included in the negotiation! If anyone is wanting a straight forward experience I would suggest working with Tony. His office is right by the coffee machine! I also have to give some love the Finance Director Jay who more than made up for not charging me the correct down payment when I signed but instead gave me a full tank of gas to offset the $15 credit card fee! Be sure to do your service with this rm also and they send you coupons for discounted service and oil changes so there’s no need to go where if a synthetic oil change is costing you 29.99 and free the month of your bday!
