We worked with Tim G. in sales, and he was excellent. He was honest and did not engage in the high-pressure sales tactics we experienced at most of the Boston area dealerships. I have bought many cars from various manufacturers, and this was by far the best car sales experience I have had. Everyone at the dealership was wonderful. Brandon was very patient,caring and took his time explaining all my questions. I am very happy with the purchase of my 2025 Chevy Trax. We took a test drive and Brandon sat in the car and explained all the new features. So many new great features was confusing but Brandon told me not to hesitate to come back with any other questions and he didn't lie😀. We first met with Bob, just two days on the job and already making an impact. He provided his personal experience using GMC trucks for years, which helped reaffirm our decision to purchase a GMC truck.
