My only complaint is sitting in the waiting only to arrive home and find three emails from service asking me to approve additional service. this was not done as I was unaware of the request. I would have approved and saved an additional trip for more service. They could have very easily asked me personally.

Once you get to the dealership you check in… discuss the work to be done… you are given a print out of what you agreed on and given the cost of how much will will pay. Options are given for transportation if needed or the option of waiting in a very nice waiting area. I was given a phone number of an immediate contact if I had any questions or concerns while they were working on my car. Just love it there.
