Had car serviced before buying and not great service experience. Lack of follow up (I had to follow up on status). Also, I requested a loaner on their site but showed up and they had none available.

Jon went all out to make this a positive experience. He did everything on my timeline. He drove 140 miles round trip twice (!) to have me sign papers and deliver the car. He answered all of my questions. He was honest and straightforward. He was also very kind.
