Listen everyone at this dealership gets 100 stars from me. I’ve never felt so listened to nor attended to as much as I did at Parks Lincoln Longwood. From the first text to signing. My car buying experience was beyond amazing. Everyone was so very attentive, so kind and sweet. Ricky was just AMAZING! He had me at hello!! He did the work for me, between him and JC. They read my body language and they maneuvered. I’ve never felt so comfortable saying Yes!! And not once did I feel as if they were trying to sale me. They heard what I wanted and they executed. Jessica, Thank you sooo much for sitting and talking with I really needed that vent. Don the Man made it his business to come out the office and welcome to the family. Brian, my sales consultant, was very up front about pricing, followed up with me, and was prompt to answer my questions through text while we were thinking about the purchase over the course of a couple of days. Sean, the finance manager made the signing process super easy, I was able to sign everything electronically from my son’s baseball game. We hit a snag with the value of my trade due to mechanical issues that were found upon inspection but the sales manager worked with me so I was able to keep the original deal as is. I’m very happy with my new Honda CRV. As far as the dealership itself… it’s clean and nice.

I always choose this location for any service my car needs, and I’ve consistently had a great experience. This is for the Winter Park location at 711 W Fairbanks Ave. Ron Shillings and Andres Maldonado are always a pleasure to work with, they communicate clearly, treat me with respect, and make my vehicle a top priority. This time, I had an issue with my compressor, and Ron guided me through the entire process, making sure I got exactly what I needed without ever trying to upsell or overcharge. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. My technician, Josh Kellman, was also excellent. The service was timely, well done, and everything was clearly explained so I understood exactly what was being done to my car. I truly couldn’t recommend this team enough. Brian explained options regarding tire and service which included the cost of 3 different tire brands if inspection indicated tire replacement was necessary. Communication was prompt and ultimately decided to replace all tires. Brian is thorough and considerate of time and cost which is why I continue to return for my vehicle's service!
