Brian, my sales consultant, was very up front about pricing, followed up with me, and was prompt to answer my questions through text while we were thinking about the purchase over the course of a couple of days. Sean, the finance manager made the signing process super easy, I was able to sign everything electronically from my son’s baseball game. We hit a snag with the value of my trade due to mechanical issues that were found upon inspection but the sales manager worked with me so I was able to keep the original deal as is. I’m very happy with my new Honda CRV. As far as the dealership itself… it’s clean and nice.

Service was done (battery replaced) on 11-20-2025. One week later, the car once again had a dead battery and could not start. I did some troubleshooting and measured approx. one amp of current draw with the engine not running. After a brief check, I found that I had accidentally left one of the interior dome lights in the "ON" position. No doubt this is what had caused the battery to drain on 11-20. The technician should have tested for "phantom loads" and should have found this common fault.

Sean E, Amber L, in the service department are so genuine, straightforward and take care of you like you’re the only customer! No matter what pressure they must have, always consistent and concerned about all customers needs. The General Manager, Shaun L shows outstanding leadership and is always available to customers. Shaun L is very involved with all customers. It’s amazing and you typically never see the General Manager of a Luxury dealerships on the floor speaking to customers. The service department is the best, they are all very welcoming and helpful as well.

This is for the Winter Park location at 711 W Fairbanks Ave. Ron Shillings and Andres Maldonado are always a pleasure to work with, they communicate clearly, treat me with respect, and make my vehicle a top priority. This time, I had an issue with my compressor, and Ron guided me through the entire process, making sure I got exactly what I needed without ever trying to upsell or overcharge. I really appreciated his honesty and transparency. My technician, Josh Kellman, was also excellent. The service was timely, well done, and everything was clearly explained so I understood exactly what was being done to my car. I truly couldn’t recommend this team enough.
