Wisdom was very kind and helpful. - Jessenya

Wisdom was very kind and helpful. We went in to look at one car and when that one was unavailable, she helped us find an even better car with lower mileage than the original car. Pedro and her helped us get a great price and I was able to leave the same day with my new car within 3 and a half hours which considering they transferred my title same day that’s great time. I am extremely happy with the whole experience. Thank you for the help !!

I had an outstanding experience buying a vehicle from - mauricioendara

I had an outstanding experience buying a vehicle from this dealership using Internet Sales Consultant Aaron Scheible. I located a used 2022 Jeep Wrangler at this dealership at a great price. I contacted the dealership and Mr. Aaron began to assist me. I explained to him that I lived 250 miles away and would be willing to travel if he worked me a fair deal. I had a 2013 trade in. I researched a trade in value and Mr. Aaron was able to get me a little more. He presented me a Buyers Order and the deal was set. Delivery went smoothly with no surprises. I was in and out in a very short time. Doing business with Veterans Ford was an honor and pleasure! Thank you Mr. Aaron! I will be back in a few years for a Ford Bronco!

After having a horrible experience at another dealership, - Yary

After having a horrible experience at another dealership, I can honestly say that I came to the right place with Ed Morse Mitsubishi. Sal Batista is one of the best salespeople I’ve ever worked with, and his manager, Avy, was also amazing. They were willing to work with us and truly listened to our needs. There were no pressure tactics, and they never pulled my credit without my authorization. Everyone was respectful, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the entire process. Sal Batista went above and beyond to meet our needs and make sure we felt comfortable with our decision. I truly appreciate the time, patience, and effort he and Avy put into helping us. If you’re looking for a dealership where you feel respected and valued, I highly recommend Ed Morse Mitsubishi and especially Sal Batista and Avy! 😊

**5 stars. - CPO

**5 stars. Outstanding service, thanks to Krista and Terry!** I recently brought my car in to Morgan's Chevrolet for an oil change and a transmission fluid service, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. My service advisor, Krista, was absolutely fantastic. She was friendly, professional, and kept me informed every step of the way. When the inspection showed my battery was failing, she explained it clearly and gave me two battery options at different price points, with no pressure to go with the more expensive one. She made it easy to choose what made sense for me, and I appreciated that honesty. I also want to thank Terry, the technician, who sent me a video walking through what he found and why it needed attention. Seeing it for myself made it clear the recommendations were legitimate. Krista made the whole visit easy and stress-free, and it's obvious she genuinely cares about her customers. If you want a service department you can trust, ask for Krista. I'll definitely be back.

5 Stars - Exceptional Service from Craig! - Asya

5 Stars - Exceptional Service from Craig! Right after purchasing a used vehicle here, I noticed rear tire mismatch, severe shaking, and steering hesitation at highway speeds. I brought the car back to the service department, and Craig went completely above and beyond. He took personal charge, stayed on top of the problem himself, and did his absolute best to get it fully resolved. Incredible customer service! A special thanks to Kevin for being very accommodating over the phone, too.

Michael Derby was very transparent with my X7 that was in for service and was diligent on getting it diagnosed. I don't live in Tampa but thats where the car broke down and Michael made me feel comfortable knowing its being handled. Thanks for the hard work and shout out to Luke who was the Master Tech who work on the car. Great work and service!
