Wow! I have nothing but positive things to say about my buying experience at Sport Mazda! Our sales rep, Victor Maldonado was FANTASTIC. He was so friendly, personable, knowledgeable, I could go on and on. I came in really just to browse, and he ended up helping us find the perfect car for my family of 5. I never felt pressured to buy. Even after the sale, he has been great! I text him early one morning with a question and he was quick to answer. I also had to come back to the dealership a week after purchase to have some a small repair done and he stopped and chatted with me. I wish every car salesman was like Victor. Recently, (as in, within the past week), I took one of my daughters to this car dealership to look at a used car, her first. We paid Orlando Infiniti a first time visit. We found the business is kept clean and orderly. The vehicles on the lot are well maintained. The showrooms and customer areas are clean, comfortable and spacious. A very good presentation is achieved. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We discovered that we were working with professionals who care about their reputations and providing great customer service. For instance, they remained past closing hours while my daughter and I examined a pre-owned car. Mr. G. Srbljan, the Sales Consultant, was friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Mr. S. Graham, the Sales Manager, was forthright, honest and has a great sense of humor. His approach to negotiating a sale is stress-free. He made my daughter and her parents very comfortable in what is an otherwise high anxiety circumstance, buying a car. Purchasing a vehicle from this establishment was easy as from beginning to end, it felt like we were working with and not against the staff in trying to come to a mutually agreeable point of sale. Picked up my new Honda about two weeks ago from HQ Honda. Discovered that my VIN on the dash was not readable due to, apparently, something had obscured it. Possibly something spilled when the car was being prepped. Dunno. Popped in to the service department yesterday and met with Carlos Sanchez. Mind you, I did not have an appointment and expected to be asked to make one and come back later. Carlos could not possibly have been more helpful and accommodating. He sorted out the issue while I waited. That kind of customer service will go a long way in keeping me as a happy customer.
