He also arranged for the transportation to my house, that is about 5 1/2 hours away. Enjoyed working with him on my new vehicle! Looking forward to driving it very soon. The best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I will recommend and return again. I was in & out in 3 hours, which is amazing! No pressure from the salesman (Austin? - So sorry… names). He was personable and kept me updated on the paperwork status. And we had a great conversation! The gentleman from finance was just as welcoming. (Again, names… don’t judge!) My new car is BEAUTIFUL! I had already had my expectations set when walking in here due to my credit not being all that great, but immediately that feeling was gone once I started working with Josh. He reassured me I’d be able to get in the car I wanted and I did. This is by far the best car shopping experiences I’ve had . They made me comfortable, everyone was super friendly and did everything they could to accommodate all my needs. Special shoutout to Steven and the guys for finalizing everything to ride my Rogue !!! UPDATE to previous review: Randy, the GM, is the man and came through on everything, made everything right and went way above and beyond your normal customer service, especially these days. Not only did he fix all 3 issues, the speakers, the tire, and replaced the battery, but he also had someone drive almost an hour to pick up the loaner he lent us. This is huge since we have a newborn baby in the house, so making a 2 hour round trip anywhere is tough. Couldn’t recommend this dealership and especially Randy any higher than 5 out of 5, I’d say 10 out of 5! We Bought a used Honda Odessey mini van from Nelson 2 months ago, we were told if we had any issues with the vehicle in the first 3 months they would cover it. Unbeknownst to us, the mid and back speakers in the van don’t work. So we called them up, since it was in the first 3 months to have them fix the issue, but unfortunately for us, they told us they wouldn’t fix the issue but we could bring it back to them and we could pay them to fix the issue they should have covered since it was within the first 3 months or at the very least should have told us on the front end before selling us the vehicle. We feel mislead by their policy of being able to bring the vehicle back in the first 3 months and having it repaired and at the worst case, the classic bait and switch and not disclosing to us about the speaker on the front end.

Welcome back to owning a Hyundai. Owned two previously, switched to Nissan briefly (horrible, horrible experience less than two weeks after purchased on recalled parts that weren't replaced - tried to stick me with $5k cost). My Hyundai's never, ever gave me issues. Plus, treated extremely well - by all staff! Highly recommend 👌. Get one before the tarrifs go up! Also, when I bought my last Hyundai, my trade in value was higher than the original purchase price. Talk about value.
