Our sales consultant, Paul Billeci, is amazing, as was Angela, who went over all of our financial paperwork with us. We never felt pressured, overwhelmed or rushed. Once we decided on a vehicle and scheduled a day to pick it up, Paul made us his priority. He spent well over an hour introducing us to all the features of our new Lincoln Aviator and took the time to program & synchronize both my and my husbands phones to it, thus saving us from having to do so on our own at home. And the friend who suggested Crest to us has told us that the service department is just as wonderful to work with! We are so happy we found Crest Lincoln and Paul Billeci! Brought our 2025 GMC DURAMAX into the body shop as I damaged the top of the tailgate. I was met by Christian Roy and he went over what had to be repaired and replaced. Christian answered all my questions and was the most polite and professional technician I could have asked for. Christian got the parts ordered and had the job completed within four days, plus gave us a loaner to use in the down time. He kept me informed the whole time as to when the job should be completed. I cannot say enough great things about Christian and the collision department. So nice to have a dedicated team of professionals that do the job right and on time.
