I can't recommend these guys enough. - jacob.graff1992

I can't recommend these guys enough. I'm in Utah and found the car I wanted on Friday. Texted them late and we discussed pricing on Monday. I had a flight booked to Austin they picked me up and brought me back to the dealership. I wasn't oversold I had all my questions answered before the flight. Felt super comfortable dealing with these guys. I wanted to get on the road within an hour and they had me in and out of there in less than 30 minutes. We have had the car for 2ish months now and it's been a great car. Every time I get in it I think about the great hospitality they showed and even though I'm states away I'll be reaching out to them on future purchases for sure. Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had.

DriveTime was awesome from start to finish! - expertreviewer

DriveTime was awesome from start to finish! The staff was super friendly and didn’t pressure me at all, which made the whole car-buying experience way less stressful than I expected. They really listened to what I was looking for and helped me find a great car that fit my budget. The financing part was easy too even with not so great credit, they made it work. Overall, it felt like they actually cared and wanted to help, which you don’t always get at dealerships. Definitely recommend checking them out!

Ethan Starks was very friendly and efficient from the time I arrived and when he checked me out upon completion of the service of my vehicle. He also came and introduced himself when I first arrived. Great experience from beginning to end.

I had such a great experience working with Diana Alejo at - remypmartinez

I had such a great experience working with Diana Alejo at Covert Buick GMC when purchasing my new Buick Enclave. She was truly awesome from start to finish. Diana made the entire process so easy and quick, which I really appreciated as a busy mom. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and never made the process feel stressful or overwhelming. Everything moved quickly, the paperwork was smooth, and she made sure all of my questions were answered along the way. It honestly felt like working with someone who genuinely cared that we left happy. Buying a car can sometimes be a hassle, but Diana made it such a positive experience. I absolutely love my new Enclave and am so grateful for how seamless she made the whole process. If you’re looking for someone who is personable, efficient, and great to work with, definitely ask for Diana Alejo at Covert Buick GMC!

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience - SS

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Dave Henricks, Service Advisor and the entire service team at Austin INFINITI. Dave provides truly world-class customer service and sets a standard that is rare to find in the automotive industry. From the moment I worked with Dave, his honesty, professionalism, and attention to detail were immediately apparent. He takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make sure you fully understand what your vehicle needs—without ever making you feel pressured or rushed. His communication is exceptional, and he consistently follows through on what he says he will do. What stands out most is that Dave genuinely cares. He treats you like a valued customer rather than simply another service appointment. You can tell that he takes personal pride in doing things the right way and making sure his customers are completely taken care of. His combination of integrity, expertise, attention to detail, professionalism, and genuine care and concern makes working with him an exceptional experience. Dave has earned my complete trust, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a service advisor they can rely on. Dave Henricks is a true asset to Austin INFINITI and an outstanding example of what exceptional customer service should look like. Five stars without hesitation! THANK YOU DAVE HENRICKS!!!

Absolutely the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever - LTD

Absolutely the best vehicle-buying experience I’ve ever had! From the moment I walked into Covert Buick GMC Austin, the entire team was focused on making sure I had a great experience and left completely satisfied. Jorge in sales went above and beyond to make the buying process smooth, easy, and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making sure everything was done right. I also want to give a special thanks to Mark and James in the service department. They were outstanding! They took care of my vehicle incredibly quickly and even went the extra mile by delivering it back to me. That level of customer service is hard to find these days. Even though the dealership was busy, nobody ever made me feel rushed or like just another customer. Jorge, Mark, James, and the entire Covert team truly went above and beyond what I expected. It’s obvious that they genuinely care about taking care of their customers. I can’t say enough about the people, service, and overall experience at Covert Buick GMC Austin. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience – Worth the Drive! - ericrhall78

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Exceptional Experience – Worth the Drive! I cannot recommend Steele Hyundai Kyle enough! We drove all the way in from Boerne, and it was hands down the best car-buying experience we’ve ever had. We were looking for the perfect 17th birthday surprise for our son—a Mercedes GLA 45—and the team here made the magic happen. From the moment we reached out, their customer service was top-tier. The best part? Complete transparency. • Easy & Fast: No jumping through hoops or endless negotiations. • Transparent Pricing: The price they quoted was the price we paid. • No Hidden Fees: It was so refreshing to find a dealership that truly has no dealer adds or surprise markups tacked onto the bill. If you’re looking for a stress-free environment and a team that genuinely cares about your experience, do yourself a favor and make the trip to see them in Kyle. They helped us create a core memory for our son, and we couldn't be happier!

Bryce was the most respectful salesperson for my time I - AA

Bryce was the most respectful salesperson for my time I have ever delt with! If you have ever bought a car from any dealership you can relate to all the unnecessary time that gets spent there. Not only that he went above and beyond to get the sale done. From working on the best APR possible to car selection. We were able to secure a deal that was better than any other offer from San Marcos to Round Rock. Thanks Bryce!

have always received excellent service from the - Betsylorenn

have always received excellent service from the professionals here, and I have been a loyal customer for seven years. However, my recent experience with the billing staff was extremely disappointing. The ladies in the billing department were disrespectful, unfriendly, and provided very poor customer service. Unfortunately, their attitude left such a negative impression that I no longer feel comfortable returning. In seven years of being a customer, I had never experienced anything like this before. It is truly disappointing when the excellent work of the professionals is overshadowed by the poor treatment received from the billing staff.

Baron, and the rest of the staff at Elder Mitsubishi - Jspitts72

Baron, and the rest of the staff at Elder Mitsubishi helped to get me in a vehicle at a difficult point in my life. They're not pushy or overbearing in their approach and honestly work very hard to match a customer with a reliable and affordable vehicle.

Great service and a very pleasant experience. - chuck turner

Great service and a very pleasant experience. The sales and financing guys are very easy to work with.

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. - Ham Richards

Fidel Martínez is a fine salesman. He's patient, emlathetic—and persistent! My only complaint about Kia of Round Rock is that they declined to transfer the specialty plates from our old car to the new one. The result will be a lot of unnecessary paperwork and a long delay while we wait for the DMV to send new plates to the dealer, which I will then have to take to the DMV (or maybe it's the county tax assessor-collector) to swap them for the specialty plates.
