I must admit my father did most of the leg work in regards to going and talking to Gardner and setting up my deal. However when I did meet Gardner he directed his attention to my wants and needs as far as what I wanted in my vehicle. He was very accommodating and personable and made this process a breeze. Gardner took the time to thoroughly go through all of the settings and gadget setups of my new Tuscan.
As far as the car goes I love it. It is exactly what I wanted. I even had an aftermarket sunroof installed and you would NEVER KNOW it was aftermarket. Seamlessly done. The turn around for the install was only a few days and they were even generous enough to even give me a loaner.
From start to finish my father ( who has never owned or even considered a Hyundai ) and I were extremely impressed and blown away by the standard Hyundai sets for their vehicles and their service.

My oil change service experience was perfect. I checked the car in easily and it was promptly taken in for service. The oil change was done within the hour and included a safety check/checklist that allows me to watch for needed repairs and/or tire replacement. I recently had my car at Bowser because of the abs modular. They got a used one because a new one cost $4400.00. The used one was the wrong one so they put the old one back in and charged me 300.00 for labor . I thought that was to high of labor charge and nothing got done. I emailed them that night and the next morning they called me and said they are going to refund me 235.00. I got the check within a week and was very happy about it. I will still do business with Bowser because when my regular mechanic can't do some of the work Io to Bowser . they always did good work for me and I won't let one bad incident stop me from going back. I also want to say that Dan Mattarock is a good salesman.

Purchased a used 2018 sonata yesterday. My sales guy Lou was perfectly fine. We talked to warren at 3:00pm told us we where approved and to come in and sign. We set 5:00 as the appointment time. When i talked to warren he assured us that the car was getting prepared and would be ready when we arrived. We arrived around 5:10pm and started the paperwork right away. I asked multiple times about the whereabouts of the vehicle and got no answer. Lou tried to locate the vehicle and was told it was getting prepared washed an (ect). The paperwork was complete in about 30 mins. Congratulations but no car. Ok so we walked the lot to find the car. We finally get to the car and there it is in the same place we seen it a week ago. We walk around the car and its filthy. I turned to Lou and he agreed thats unacceptable and should've been taken care of. He get someone to take the car to be washed. We wait patiently for and hour and still no car. Lou goes to speak with manager and he storms out of office past all the customers and employees in showroom. He goes up to detailing place im assuming to figure out the problem. He returns 10mins later very upset, annoyed and asked for the spare which they gave us already. We gave it to him and i asked to speak with him and was blown off as he went back to detailer. He came back with car and blamed his employee for everything.He gave the keys to me and walked back his office. I walked to his office and knocked on the door and asked to speak, he came out and i told him the car was still dirty, the inside was not detailed, the rims where still dirty, and i explained i was not happy with waiting an hour and half for the car that was supposed to be washed and prepared prior to us coming the the dealer. He told me to bring the car back at 12 tomorrow if i wanted a wash. As a manager he never expressed any good customer service and seemed pretty pissed off at me. I would like to be treated like i just bought a vehicle and not have my significant other feeling like we should've took our business elsewhere.

I bought a used 2012 Chevy silverado in November had to go up twice and fix paperwork. Just made my first payment on January 11. Took my truck up because oil pressure dropped light came on and had a belt making noise. Told me it would be $900 to fix. Never buy a used vehicle from this place.

Purchased a car in May and was advised the car I purchased was never in an accident. Fast forward a few months and I attempted to trade the same vehicle in at several dealerships which offered me a very low offer due to Carfax showing the vehicle was involved in an accident.
After contacting Management and the salesman Brad White I was advised they only use Autocheck and not Carfax but they would put me in a comparable car (a 2011 Niisan Rogue). Brad White said he would call me in a day or so if the Nissan checked out okay at the service department.
Three days later I contacted Brad, and he advised me that the car was still in the service department. I advised Brad that I observed the car was detailed and listed on their website for sale and it was currently on their used sales lot.
He denied it was for sale at this time........
Instead of admitting that their garage somehow missed the damage report or when they took the car in on trade, somehow did not check the vehicle history (doubtful).
I was contacted by Hyundai Manager Gary Flannery. SAYING I should have used common sense when buying a vehicle and that pretty much saying "deal with it" I should have looked the car over".
Instead of being understanding of my families concern, Gary cut me off and talked down to me with ZERO care that I was worried about having my toddler kids in a car that was in a previous accident.
Sorry, not all customers are mechanics or auto body repair specialist.

Stopped in to look at vehicles after an unfortunate run-in with a deer totalled our 2012 Hyundai Santa Fe. They happened to be shorthanded that day and I was assisted by Chris Parker, Jr., one of the managers, and the dealership owner's son. I knew what I was looking for and he provided pricing that was much more competitive than another dealership offered. He was certain that he could get us better interest rates than the other dealership.
Came back the next day and spoke with the sales manager who handled the credit application and offered a competitive price with every incentive we qualified for and also offered additional cash back to meet a third dealership's generous offer. My wife and I were impressed by the friendliness and professionalism of the sales staff and financing staff and made our purchase that day.
