He was very patient with me. He showed me 2 different style of the type of car I was interested in. He asked one of the dealers to show me how much will it costs me - monthly payments but no one got back to me! I had given how much down payment, military discount Costco member & of course a BMW loyalty discount - I know I have an old BMW but I always had my service done at the dealership. To be honest I want some figures so I can see which car dealership can give me the best offer.

His promptness in answering questions (texts) from me has to be commended. He has knowledge about BMW products & is willing to share that knowledge. He is an asset to BMW of Roseville - he has become my go to person regarding questions on my X5.

The efficiency and confidence of the dealer amazed me. They promised what they initially quoted and much more. They made the purchase look very easy and I would appreciate all the effort they put into to make me sip coffee while the deal was worked with all promises. I simply walked in to enquire about the availability of my chosen vehicle and trip while they commented "we will find one and make sure you drive out with ease toady" - sounded too good to be true but it did happen exactly they claimed. I am so satisfied with them, how they handled and found ways to get additional benefits.

I was looking for a specific vehicle (BMW X5 diesel) statewide. I found a vehicle at Weatherford and began conversing with Glenn Scheffer to learn more. Even though I was located in Southern California, Glenn made this a hassle-free experience. As I would be in town, I arranged for a test drive. The purchase process went smoothly, and I even had a chance to compare BMW’s financing to the one provided by my credit union (which I ultimately used).
