Appointment was scheduled for 10am and was promptly checked in with an estimate completion time of 2-3hr, but actual was 6 plus hours, which is not acceptable in my view and for the service on vehicle. Only one way drop provided by Uber by service department. Courtesy detailed vehicle inspections report provided on hard copy. Advisor was professional and explained all options for the oil change and open recall repairs and all inspection reports for recommended repairs were provided via a video msg. Updated status via txt msg. Thank you
