Yesterday, 11/14/2025 I had an appointment for a general service of my 2018 Lexus. My assigned employee representative is Natascha. Upon my arrival the gentlemen at the receiving area of the service facility within 4 minutes directed me where to park. After helping the customer ahead of me, they again contacted me, made sure I had an appointment, ask me to leave my keys in the vehicle and directed me to the waiting area of the agency since I was planning to wait for the service to be completed. I then was contacted by Natascha who confirmed what service I expected. She then directed me to the waiting area for customers, reminding me that they had a area serving hot and cold libations and some solid treats. Also they had televisions in the waiting area to entertain the customers. The waiting area is quite comfortable. I waited for two hours but it didn't seem that long.

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.
