Called about a specific vehicle one morning and quickly negotiated a price we were comfortable with, which gave us the confidence to make the ~3-hour drive to complete the deal. When we arrived late in the afternoon, Timothy took us on a test drive and was fantastic—professional, accommodating, and very knowledgeable. He answered all of our questions and even stayed several hours past closing to prep the vehicle and walk us through everything. The Finance Manager was also great—efficient, professional, and no pressure on the usual add-ons. Overall, one of the best new car buying experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend.

Went to service center for battery problems with my NX300h. This was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at any dealership. It was a breeze to get my appointment scheduled and was offered a loaner, which was a first. Eli was my service technician and he was awesome. They had my car a total of 4 hours and it was done, vacuumed and washed. I will definitely be back for all my services. Thank you!!!

We had such a wonderful experience at Lexus Marin and would highly recommend. We came in to look for a new car as we prepare to welcome our first baby, and after going to many other dealerships in the area (Acura, Jeep, Kia, Volkswagen/Audi), the experience here was so much better. We worked with Christ Michaud as our sales rep and he was amazing!! He was willing to work with us to find the best possible deal and we never felt pushed/pressured. He followed up after the purchase too and assisted with some minor things to work out after the purchase. I cannot recommend him enough. He was so much more informed than sales representatives we encountered at other dealerships and most importantly made it clear he wanted to help. We felt like he was honest and transparent in the purchase process which wasn’t something we encountered at other dealerships.

He went above and beyond to talk about the culture he is maintaining at the dealership. He is a real believer in the old motto that the customer is king. Although the dealership is a bit of a drive from our home, my wife and are committed to take care our service at South Coast Lexus. We made a lot of friends there in no time.

There was not a question he could not answer. Took as much time as I needed and I never felt like I was rusher or pressured. Dealership has always been good in my years of purchasing and returning for vehicle service. The following negativity has nothing to do with the staff, but Lexus as a foul, nickle and dime, xxxx of a company for their practices. Recently, the service department tried to charge me 400 plus dollars ( they did a service without my approval as well) for an issue that was likely as a result of receiving my car with a missing fuse when I bought it. 400+ for replacing a 5 dollar fuse. Long story short, one of the reps in the service department (Anita) was amazing. She showed great patience and displayed empathy l and understanding in my situation. She went above and beyond working past her shift to help resolve the issue. I love Lexus vehicles( plan on a future purchase) and out of principal of the situation I almost ended any future support. I highly appreciate her in the situation and stingy scummy Lexus (company not dealership) should be proud to have her on staff.

The Internet salesperson I dealt with is two-faced. When getting internet price quotes from Putnam Lexus, the same salesperson gave me two price quotes on two similar cars. The first price quote explained the details, and salesperson told me to make an appointment when I'm ready. The second email from the same person used slimy sales tactics (get in-store today or no deal) to try to high pressure me to close the deal as soon as possible without even having looked at the car. Therefore, buyer beware when dealing with sales here. Understand their sales strategies and tactics, and move at your pace, not theirs.

His “presence” was inviting, calming, and what could have been a very stressful experience was effortless and pain-free.’ He was very patient and made a complicated contract very easy to understand. During our 90-minute encounter, he was able to purchase my vehicle, sell my new vehicle, and locate information regarding a prior 10-month purchase involving an extended warranty, which I submitted to a local dealership for reimbursement because I sold the vehicle to Carmax. Everything was done with such ease; the staff at the site were extremely friendly, and the ability to view vehicles in the lot and select one to test-drive for 30 minutes without a salesperson spoke volumes!! What an amazing experience! Videos to Gordon and the rest of the CarMax staff! I will use this location for my future purchases!
