Arrived early and checked in for my 9 a.m. appointment right away - no waiting. My service rep. actually read my online comments as to what service I needed done. He asked if I needed a ride home because my wait time may be around 6 hours. I declined because I was prepared for the wait. The waiting area was not crowded and I took advantage of the complimentary coffee. The cafe was a wonderful change. My car was ready early and no additional problems was found. I enjoyed the online video of the service inspection. Thank you for a positive environment and experience.

Drove two and a half hours because they had the one specific year, make and model I was looking for and, unlike so many other dealerships I visited, the car was as described. There were no surprises, and when it came to financing, the finance manager actually got us a better rate than we were pre approved for. I cannot say enough good things about the finance manager. I am 74 years old and have purchased many new and used cars, but had never met an honest finance manage before. No hard sell, no add ons, and actually empathy! I cannot recommend this dealership highly enough. A once in a lifetime pleasant car buying experience!
