It had been a long time since I serviced my 2016 Subaru Outback. I was apprehensive about going to the dealership. I must say that my experience was very good. Rafael Ibarra was my service manager. He was pleasant and very professional. When the suggested service report came back, it was a lot more than I expected. Rafael went over the work estimate with me and explained all of the items. Super helpful. Quickly replaced my stereo with a new one after testing a software update. The update did not work, and they did not hassle me with bringing it in again; they just ordered me a new part and installed it. SO much easier to work with than Honda North where I have taken my other car, and much friendlier.

The physical dealership was pretty much like any other dealership but what made the experience exceptional was the service. Super easy to set up a test drive of the specific vehicle I was looking for to reserving the car. Sales (Amy) took are of the reservation and then had the vehicle ready for purchase. My trade-in amount was what I was expecting and the financing was super easy. I spent less than 3 hours from test drive to driving off the lot with my new vehicle. Exceptional. Thank You!

I had been considering a new Porsche Macan 4S for a few weeks and finally decided to visit Porsche Ontario. There, I met with Angel Moreno, who was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, answering all my questions without hesitation. We took the car out for a couple of test drives, and each time I had new questions—Angel never once said, “I don’t know,” which gave me confidence that I was in the right hands. After the second drive, I decided to make the leap and purchase my first Porsche. From the test drive through to the final sale, the process was seamless. On the day I returned to finalize the purchase, Angel happened to be off, but he had already arranged for his colleague, Primo Garcia, to assist me. Primo was just as helpful and attentive, taking the time to address all of my remaining concerns. When it came time to handle the paperwork, Shelly in the finance department walked me through everything clearly and offered great insight on extended warranties, scheduled maintenance plans, and current Porsche rebates. He made sure I understood every opportunity to save. Overall, this was one of the smoothest car-buying experiences I’ve ever had. Everyone I interacted with at Porsche of Ontario was professional, knowledgeable, and worked together like a well-coordinated team. Highly recommend.

When I first came to Porsche San Francisco. I felt very welcome by everyone. The consultants are service . Michelle Gent is super helpful knowledgeable and professional. The conversation via text is safe and very clear. I appreciate that. Michelle follow up with me a week later regarding spark plugs that need to be replaced. I was really pleased that Michelle inform me that spark plug needed replacement as Porsche changed their policy instead of four years to three years, that is wonderful Michelle. I am very impressed with the service and the service was excellent. Keon and Eric helped me to understand more of the the feature of the car. Everyone was very nice and have a good energy. When I decided to change from a gas vehicle to an electric vehicle, I was overwhelmed and doubting my decision. The entire process with this dealership was wonderful! My salesman Dennon was the great. He was professional, helpful, and his knowledge of the car helped me go over the pros and cons and I decided to purchase the ID.5. He had to call around to local dealerships that would agree swap vehicles so I could get the model and color combo I wanted. I’m so sorry, but I didn’t catch the names of the sales manager and general manager, but they went above and beyond to get me all of the rebates and discounts I had available to me for purchasing an electric vehicle. Ryan Gonzalez, the finance manager was equally impressive. His thoroughness explaining the additional coverages they offered was outstanding. He made sure that I understood the additional coverage I chose and his professionalism and expertise made me confident I wasn’t buying something I didn’t need or wouldn’t use. I give this dealership and their awesome team a 5-star review. 10 out of 10. Highly recommend.

If you’re wondering whether or not to trust a dealership with your vehicle, look no further than the holy grail that is 1st Nissan of Simi Valley! When my car started needing service after service, I grew tired of other dealerships taking advantage and constantly trying to upsell me at every turn. I saw the reviews for 1st Nissan and took a chance. I am so glad that I did. With multiple services needed, I got well acquainted with the staff and could not have been happier. Not only did they resolve every issue in a timely, pleasant manner, but they also remained unparalleled in pricing. Jordan, in particular, is a true gentleman and genuinely cares about his customers. The trustworthiness factor is off the charts. Never once was I solicited for services that I didn’t need. Never once did anyone make me feel rushed or silly if I needed further explanation or detail. They are all truly kind and patient, which is very rare in this world. To top it off, I recently had a warning light pop up and then disappear, so they took the time to investigate my car all day long and could not find any repairs that were needed, so they did not even charge me. Oh, and they put my car through the wash, just because. Who does that?! Apparently, 1st Nissan! If ever someone deserves your business, it is 1st Nissan. Please come here, you won’t regret it!
