At 61 I have purchased many cars and it was never this easy. Family Ford is a first class operation that begins with its people. We were looking for two new vehicles during this visit. Ted Vanasse did a great job in finding the right vehicles and Rodrigo Gallardo did a great job on explaining the new technology in our new rides. .My daughter loves her Edge and my F150 is an awesome vehicle. We look forward to working with them in the future and we will introduce our family and friends to them as well.

After having searched for close to 2 weeks I came across Colonial Ford. I made the hour drive out to Danbury and was immedialty greeted by Rick. After having 2 bad experiences and limited time, I told Rick he had 90 mins to make this deal or I was leaving. Approximately 45mins later I was signing the paperwork for my new truck. Rick was very down to earth, didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t want, and made the car buying experience a pleasant one. Unresolved Issues MONTHS after purchasing. Zero follow-up - bjclinton
Purchased a vehicle early summer of 2017. Typing this review early Jan 2018. As of today, there are still unresolved issues. Sales manager Anthony Andeen personally assured me he would help to resolve. Unfortunately, he has not lived up to his word and has been unresponsive to 4 attempts to reach out to him. At this point, I still do not have answers.
Classic example of great service up to the purchase of the vehicle, which subsequently fell off a cliff after the vehicle was purchased. Very disappointed and would not recommend.

Months before I purchased the vehicle I recieved a letter in the mail from Branford Ford. James Filley was the one who sent it. At first I thought it was a random mailer, but I was in the market for a Ford truck so I was curious. To my surprise, I found a little hand written note inside introducing himself and telling me hes available to help with anything i need. For 5 months that stuck with me while I searched daily for the right F150. Eventually the perfect truck came around on their website. As soon as I got there I felt like I was an old friend to everyone, like I had been there before. James was the perfect blend of personable and professional. The car buying experience was quick and painless. They even stayed way past closing time for me so I could drive out with my new truck that night. If these guys are willing to upset their wives by being home late just to satisfy my needs, then I can say with confidence that they truly care about their customers!! Haha, but all joking aside, this was without a doubt the best car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend them to anyone in the market for a new vehicle, and will definitely be returning to them when I want to trade in for my next truck! Thanks to everyone there who helped that night.

I generally dread the car buying experience, so I was pleasantly surprised with my very positive experience with Valenti Ford. The customer service was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful and I can say the car buying experience was actually FUN! I did some comparison shopping with another Ford dealership in the area which resulted in a more typical, and dreaded experience. I was eager to return back to Valenti/Village Ford where I purchased my car.

Back in June 2016. I went upstairs to consider purchasing a "new" used car, while my current car was down in service. I took a test drive a like the feel of the Ford Fusion but did not like the smell. I was told to come back the next day and the smell would be gone. Unfortunately I signed the contract and handed over the credit card to put the car on hold during that time, and was promised orally that I would be refunded if I was not happy.
The car still smelled like smoke the next day so I could not buy it. I can't blame them for not being able to get the smell out - I was hopeful. However, I can say that there is something a little off, or maybe unprofessional about this place. I feel I was really pressured (salesman raised his voice to me) to sign the contract ($250 deposit) and then the sales manager asserted I was crazy for still smelling smoke in the car despite everything they did. I did try talk with the GM to get that deposit back but I can tell it's not too high on their priority list - looking at past reviews I know I'm not the only one with this problem.
Now that I've been to other dealership and have made my purchase, I know there are other place that one should probably be going - I'm glad I walked away from this place when I did. There's nothing Hoffman customer relations can do or say to change my mind. I just can't trust them.

First, let me say that the price I paid and was offered for my trade (which I opted to not trade) was very fair. So, if you are looking for a good deal on a used vehicle deal, this is probably a good place to check out. The only reason I can't give the dealership a higher rating is that everything seemed a bit rushed. When I drove away with my new (used) vehicle, the "change engine oil due" message was displayed. I called the dealer and they ensured me that the oil had been changed and that they just forgot to reset the oil life. The car didn't come with an owner's manual, despite being a certified pre-owned ford, so I had to find a video on line to figure out how to reset the oil life (not hard). Also, the car only had half a tank of gas in it when I drove off the lot. Not a big deal, I filled it up when I got home for $20, but I would typically expect that a car I buy from a dealer have a full tank of gas, fresh oil change, and new windshield wipers (I'm not sure if the wipers are new or not, but they seem kind of cheap). My satellite radio hasn't started working yet, but I'm giving that a few days since the dealership may need to register the car as certified pre-owned. Also, I purchased a Ford ESP plan from another Ford dealer on line (much cheaper) and the other Ford dealer also told me the vehicle hasn't been registered as a certified vehicle yet, so that is also on hold. It may be typical for it to take some time for that process to occur, especially since I bought it on the Thursday before a holiday weekend, so we'll have to wait and see on that.

Does Ken Crowley excist? If so, does anyone know how to contact him? I'm not a happy Crowley Customer!!!! Crowley takes the customers money and kicks them to the curb! i bought a brand new car from them and it was damaged while being serviced for something that wasn't even the problem and no one will take ownershiip for it! When I addressed it, I was told that I would be contacted and never was. I waited two weeks and called myself and pretty much ,I was kicked to the curb.

Park City Ford was great with pricing, very patient with me as a picky buyer, and accommodating with my schedule. They even drove the car I was interested in to my nearby mechanic for it to be inspected.
