On August 9th, I visited the dealership and purchased a car. The salesman, Jessie, was fantastic—he quickly found exactly what we were looking for. I was on a tight schedule, so his efficiency and transparency greatly influenced my decision to buy from him. I have high hopes of returning next year to purchase a car for my daughter, and I will also recommend him to family and friends who are in need of a new vehicle.
A few days ago, I called to discuss my warranty, but there was a miscommunication with the front desk, which was frustrating. Take your finance advisor and salesperson's phone number instead of dealing with front desk. However, I eventually had the finance advisor, Douglas, call me back and email my warranty details. After reviewing the warranty with my father and husband, they agreed that it offered great coverage. I appreciate Douglas getting back to me quickly with that information, as it gave me peace of mind that I made the best choice that day.
