Thank you Jim, Toni, and our girl Nina for making it happen for us AGAIN!!!! I bought my 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited from Jim and Toni back in January, and now we were back yesterday May 3, 2025 to make it happen for my husband's Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit! I called Jim after a bad experience at Arrigo and Jim told me to come on over, he was ready and waiting and he truly was. Everyone at Wallace is amazing. They really do everything they can to make it happen! The respect!!! they rememebered us right away and it was like friends. Constantly bringing us fresh bottles of cold water without our asking, offering coffee and even Jim offerring my husband food because he is diabetic and it was a little late. I took my 2013 Dodge Journey(after getting diagnostic from another place), so grateful for getting a second opinion, Anthony was honest to tell me about the recall on my issue, saved me over a thousand.. I had other preventive maintenance done, unfortunately 2 days later, there was an overlooked gasket or something that made my car spew fuel, and I couldnt start my car, I called them about the issue. The manager was so kind to offer to pick up my car, and will look at the issue. Before the day is over, Richard called me and explained what happened and got it fix(no charge), and offered to deliver my car back to my house. This is the company I wished everyone have, honest, respectful and great service. BTW, they gave me ride when I drop my car the first time, and pick me up when my car was ready. Service Department got ALL 5 STAR from me. I'll be sure to use them from here on out. I might even buy my granddaughter car from them. GO GATOR.

Nope dont bother going here. Managers are extremely rude, they have vehicles listed for sale that they claim they will not have for weeks out and have not even inspected. Very shady type feelings when talking on the phone. The type of people that will tell you anything you need to hear to get a sale. I buy trucks all over the country and this here is a BIG NOPE. There is a reason they disabled their reviews on sites like autotrader.com. I would NOT trust these people at all.
