We found the truck we wanted to see. I called and made an appointment. I let them know I needed someone who really knew the Ford Maverick. They assigned me to Bill at Beck Ford in Wesley Chapel. Bill is a young man full of energy and the desire to make this customer happy. He was knowledgeable about the Maverick. He was polite and never condescending! I drove a hard bargain and he worked hard to get me the deal I wanted. It was actually better than I planned! I would definitely buy from Bill again. The only frustration was with the finance man. We have great credit. He told me the best he could do was 5.9%…. Until I told him to check other places, he was just there to make money. We got 4.5%.

Great car buying experience, going in to a dealership for the first time I didn’t know what to expect. Nicholas greeted my girlfriend and me out front and was a great help throughout the process. Very understanding, patient, and engaging. We told him what we were looking for and he helped make it happen. Aside from the experience we absolutely love the car, it checked all of our boxes and had even more to it than we were expecting. The color is perfect, it handles great, gets up and goes when you need it to, brakes are super responsive, just enough room to take it on long trips, and the mpg is insane. Thank you Nicholas!

I did not buy this Subaru at Conley, but I know service department under the direction of Ariel Claus is 1st rate based on past experience with my 2025 Outback Touring which was purchased at Conley.
