My wife and newborn were with me, and every time my son got fussy, the staff would stop by with smiles, talk to him, and help keep him calm. That alone speaks volumes. We all know the stereotype: car dealerships are stressful, pushy, and exhausting. This experience was the complete opposite. It was honestly sensational. Hansel, my sales rep, deserves special recognition. With only about a month in the business, you’d swear he’d been doing this for years. Professional, friendly, patient, and incredibly positive. He had the car ready for a test drive, never rushed me, and walked me through every question without pressure. That’s rare. Javier in finance was just as impressive — personable, transparent, and genuinely enjoyable to sit with. We talked about family, parenting, his son, my son — and yes, somehow he made the finance portion of buying a car… fun. That’s a sentence I never expected to say. William, the GM, is simply a great leader and human being. He jumped in wherever needed, answered questions clearly, and ensured everything felt smooth and supportive. And I also want to praise Michael — who had nothing to do with my actual purchase, yet treated us like family. He stopped to talk, made us feel welcome, and was so kind and patient with my son. When searching for a newer used vehicle with low miles, this dealership kept popping up on many of the trucks I was interested in on TrueCar.com. I decided to visit the Seffner location because they had plenty of options in one place. I arrived around 6 p.m. and ended up test driving three different models while deciding on the engine I wanted. My sales rep, Benny, was patient, friendly, and very knowledgeable—he answered all my questions about each vehicle. Once I made my decision, we reviewed the numbers, and I appreciated that they were upfront about all additional charges before we started. We worked together to get to a final price I was comfortable with, and by 8:15 p.m., I was driving home in my 2024 Silverado. This included nearly an hour of test driving! I was impressed by the selection on the lot, with so many different truck brands available in one place. If you’re torn between different makes or models, this is the place to go. Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I would definitely recommend them to friends and family.

However, our experience with Gonzalo Hurtado at Gettel Toyota of Lakewood was a breath of fresh air. Gonzalo introduced himself in a calm and respectful manner, guiding us to the vehicles we were interested in and helping us compare options without any pressure.
